The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education in the District School Complex No. 1 in Sieradz (PZS/1), implemented in cooperation with the economic and social environment, aimed at supporting equal access to quality and inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 14 n-li (10K/4M), retrofitting the school workshop/workshops and by organizing for 132 students (30K/102M) PZS/1: internships, additional classes/training in the field of: operation of energy networks, installations and devices up to 1 KV, geodetic measurements using a geodetic set, neural networks/machine learning/artificial intelligence, foreign trade languages, devices and local Internet networks preparing for the geography baccalaureate, social skills training carried out between 01.09.2025 and 31.08.2027. Target group (GD) of the project (pr.) are: : *operating within PZS/1 in Sieradz Technikum (Y/m); *students (students) T/m in PZS/1: 132 to teach. (30K/102M); *n-le employed in T/m in PZS/1: 14 n-li (10K/4M); Indicators include: *Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported: 132 (30K/102M); *Number of representatives of the staff of schools and educational institutions supported: 14 (10K/4M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in student placements: 120 (26K/94M); It is planned to carry out 12 tasks, including: equipment of the workshop (degree 1), improvement of competences/qualifications n-li PZS/1 (2, 3), courses and activities to improve skills, professional qualifications of the student. (4-9), preparing for Matura (10), TUS (11), internships (12). Pr. meets the principle of K/M equality by: identification of equality barriers, actions addressing identified barriers, implementation of gender-disaggregated indicators, ensuring equal governance. Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that were not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards, which are an annex to the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current on the date of publication of the call (Guidelines). Ensure equality of support for all persons irrespective of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation in accordance with the Guidelines. According to the Diagnosis, among the potential UPs there are 72 pupils. (7K/65M) with SPE, including 9 persons (2K/7M) with disabilities (Oz/N): intellectual light/moderate, Asperger's syndrome, visually impaired, hearing impaired, autism - barriers for them may include: hampered ability to make full use of teaching materials (e.g. for the hearing impaired, visually impaired), slower pace of work (e.g. intellectual). Activities in the field of inclusive education include removing architectural barriers (building a driveway), equipping the psychologist's office, purchasing induction loops for the hearing impaired; Recruitment will take place in the premises available to Oz/N, the website complies with the WCAG 2.1 standard, the products and activities used for recruitment contain information on architectural and information accessibility, sign language interpretation and assistants. The presentation of information in PR will take place in a simple and easy language, the pace of classes will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of UP, including Oz/N. In the event of Oz/N special needs appearing in PR, in order to ensure the possibility of full participation of these people in PR, MRU will be applied.
