The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education in the School Complex No. 3 in Pabianice (Pab/3) implemented in cooperation with the social and economic environment, aimed at supporting equal access to quality, inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 10 n-li (9K/1M), adapting and retrofitting the workshop and by organizing for 124 students (87K/37M) internships, classes/courses: 3D Printing, Green Logistics, Designing and Making Binders and Occasional Cokes, Camera Operation, Fixed Asset Management/Statistical Analysis, External Courses: Lean Warehousing’, ‘Forklift Operator’, ‘Barista’, ‘Barman- Sommelier- Hydrosommelier’, ‘Drone pilot’, ‘Business ethics’, ‘Stress and emotion management’, and career counselling, art therapy and English language compensatory classes delivered on time: 01.09.2025 -31.08.2027 Gr. the target of the project (pr.) are: 1. Technical school in Pab/3 - an institution providing vocational training for pupils; 2. N-le employed at the technical school in Pab/3: 10 n-li (9K/1M); 3. Teach technique in Pab/3: 124 to learn. (87K/37M); Indicators, including: *Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported: 124 (87K/37M); *Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported:10 (9K/1M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in student placements:116 (82K/34M); Fifteen tasks are planned to be carried out in the pr., including: adaptation, retrofitting of the workshop (task 1), improvement of competences/qualifications n-li (2), complementary skills and professional qualifications of the learner. (3-11), compensatory in English (12), Art therapy (13), career counseling (14), internships (15). The implementation of pr. meets the principle of equality of K/M by: identification of equality barriers, actions addressing the identified barriers, through the implementation of indicators disaggregated by gender, equal governance. Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that were not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards, which are an annex to the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current on the date of publication of the call (Guidelines). Ensure equality of support for all persons irrespective of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age, or sexual orientation in accordance with the Guidelines. Among the potential UPs there are 51 pupils. (38K/13M) with SPE, including 9 pers. (5K/4M) with disabilities (Oz/N): movement, chronic diseases, hearing defects, Asperger's syndrome - barriers for them can be, among others: architectural barriers, too fast pace of work, low motivation and sense of self-worth, specialized language. Recruitment will take place in premises available to Oz/N, a website designed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard, products and activities for recruitment will contain information on architectural and information accessibility about the possibility of using sign language translations and assistants. The presentation of information in PR will take place in a simple and easy language, the pace of classes will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of UP, including Oz/N. In the event of special needs of Oz/N appearing in PR, which could not have been foreseen at the design stage in order to ensure the possibility of full participation of these people in PR, the MRU will be applied. Inclusive education activities consist of adapting and equipping a therapeutic laboratory.
