The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education in the School Complex No. 1 in Pabianice (ZS/1) implemented in cooperation with the social and economic environment, aimed at supporting equal access to quality, inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 10 n-li (3K/7M), equipping the workshop and by organizing for 86 students (7K/69M) internships, classes/courses in the field of: intelligent production management systems, SEP courses up to 1 KV, forklifts, MAG welding, 3D printing and Industry 4.0, interior design, organization of repairs of electric and hybrid vehicles, compensatory classes in mathematics - carried out on time: 01.03.2024 - 28.02.2026 The target year of the project (pr.) is: 1. ZS/1 in Pabianice - vocational training institution for pupils; 2. N-le providing vocational training in ZS/1:10 n-li (3K/7M); 3. Teach it to me. ZS/1: 86 to learn. (7K/69M); Indicators, including: *Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported: 86 (7K/69M); *Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported: 10 (3K/7M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in student placements: 68 (7K/61M); It is planned to carry out 9 tasks, including: furnishing of the workshop (degree 1), improvement of competences/qualifications n-li (2), supplementing the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications of the student. (3-7), preparation for baccalaureate (8), student internships (9). The implementation of pr. meets the principle of equality K and M by: identification of equality barriers, actions addressing the identified barriers, through the implementation of gender-disaggregated indicators, ensuring equal governance. In accordance with the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current at the date of publication of the call (Guidelines), pr. meets the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for OZ/N by enabling all persons to participate fairly in the support offered under the pr. regardless of their sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation. Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that are not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards annexed to the Guidelines. Among the potential UPs there are 43 pupils. (7K/36M) with SPE, including 5 pers. (5M) with disabilities (Oz/N), including mild intellectual disability, autism with Asperger's syndrome, hearing loss, chronic diseases, learners with emotional problems, dyslexia - barriers to them may include: too fast pace of work, low motivation and sense of self-worth, specialized language. Recruitment will take place in premises available to Oz/N, a website designed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard, products and activities for recruitment will contain information on architectural and information accessibility about the possibility of using sign language translations and assistants. The presentation of information in PR will take place in a simple and easy language, the pace of classes will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of UP, including Oz/N. In the event of special needs of Oz/N appearing in PR, which could not have been foreseen at the design stage in order to ensure the possibility of full participation of these people in PR, the MRU will be applied. Inclusive education activities involve the purchase of an induction loop for the hearing impaired.
