TYPE 1 and 3 PROJ.The applicant for the project is the District of Zgierski as the managing authority of the St.Staszica Vocational School Complex in Aleksandrów Łódzki (ZSZ).The project will be implemented in the period from 1.9.2024 to 31.08.2026.Project value: PLN 2 768 807.24.Own contribution: 10%-276 880.73 PLN. The project implementation was preceded by a Diagnosis drawn up on the basis of the needs of the institution and the people covered by the support, and the selection of the doc. group and the envisaged forms of support were determined on the basis of the conclusions of this diagnosis.The Pedagogical Council was familiar with the diagnosis and gave a positive opinion on it.The diagnosis was approved by the lead authority. The activities planned in the project do not duplicate activities implemented at central level (both from ESF+ and national sources). Proj.establishes cooperation with the socio-economic environment (development of student internship programs.in cooperation with companies hosting students for internships, purchases of equipment for studios, planned training and additional activities for pupils/c have been consulted with institutions of the social-gospel environment). The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of 120 pupils (90M,30K) mainly in the field of IT (TI) techniques, programmer (TP), organization of advertising (TOR) from the ZSZ in Aleksandrów Łódzki by organizing additional specialist classes for pupils enabling them to gain qualifications and competences; educational consulting program.-.zaw. using the model developed under the PO WER (4th PREMISING CRITERIA "USE OF MODELS") and providing internships for pupils.84 pupils (70% of the doc. group) in companies cooperating with the school. Complementing the activities in the project is the purchase of modern equipment for IT studio, programming and organization of advertising in accordance with the programmatic basis in the profession of TI,TP,TOR. Modern techniques for diagnosing, modifying and repairing ecological electronic packages in IT devices, including SPACE (IPC) elements; Ecological assembly and repair of BGA components found in IT devices and applications operating in space (BGA); I protect and care for the environment - modern, ecological electronic packages operating in IT devices, and the phenomenon of electrostatic discharge (ESD) - are environmentally friendly (1 CRITERIA PREMIUM "KLIMAT");zaj.dod.Basic administration of Linux;Introduction to cloud computing;Information security; Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Animate; Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign;educational consulting,providing apprenticeships in companies cooperating with the school. The project will result in the acquisition of professional qualifications by students after the IPC, ESD, BGA classes - students will receive international IPC Certificates and MEN Certificates. The project supports a direction in line with regional needs (IT technicians) - a sector in line with the Regional Smart Specializations of the Łódzkie Voivodeship (RIS)-5 PREMISING CRITERIA).
