New experiences - a better future

The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education in the School Complex No. 4 in Skierniewice (ZS4/SK), implemented in cooperation with the economic and social environment, aimed at supporting equal access to good quality, inclusive education and training in particular for disadvantaged groups, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 10n-li (5K/5M), retrofitting professional workers and by organizing for 192 pupils. ZS4/SK (71K/121M): internships, specialist classes/training in the field of: automation, railway traffic control system, design, printing and printing of incidents, ECDL, photography, driving license cat. B, SEP up to 1KV and trolleys and cargo securing, within: 01.09.2024 -31.08.2026 Gr. the target of the project (pr.) are: 1. ZS4/SK - vocational training institution educating in the following professions: T. logistics (T/Log), T. graphics and digital printing (T/GriP), T. rail transport (T/TrK), T. automation in rail traffic control (T/AutRK), T. automation (T/Aut). 2. N-le ZS4/SK educating in the above-mentioned competitions: 10 n-li (5K/5M); 3. Teach it to me. ZS4/SK from the above directions: 192 (71K/121M) learn; Indicators, including: *Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported:192 (71K/121M); *Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported: 10 (5K/5M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in student placements: 170 (65K/105M); It is planned to carry out 10 tasks, including: Retrofitting of the workshop (task 1), improvement of competences/qualifications n-li (2 and 3), supplementing the student's knowledge and professional skills. (4-6), enabling students to obtain qualifications. (7-9), internships (10). The implementation of pr. meets the principle of equality of K/M by: identification of equality barriers, actions addressing identified barriers, implementation of gender-disaggregated indicators, ensuring equal governance. In accordance with the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current at the date of publication of the call (Guidelines), pr. meets the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for OZ/N by enabling all persons to participate fairly in the support offered under the pr. regardless of their sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation. Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that are not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards annexed to the Guidelines. Among the potential UP there are 65 pupils (22K/43M) with special educational and developmental needs (SPE), including 6 pers. (2K/4M) with disabilities (Oz/N): chronic diseases, neurological diseases, autism, hearing loss, Asperger's syndrome. Barriers may include: too fast pace of work, low motivation and sense of self-worth, specialized language; Recruitment will take place in premises available to Oz/N, a website designed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard, products and activities for recruitment will contain information on architectural and information accessibility about the possibility of using sign language translations and assistants. The presentation of information in PR will take place in a simple and easy language, the pace of classes adapted to the needs and capabilities of UP, including Oz/N. In the event of special needs of Oz/N appearing in PR, which could not be foreseen in order to ensure the possibility of full participation of these people in PR, the MRU will be applied. The activities planned in the field of inclusive education will consist in the purchase of specialist equipment for the therapeutic room intended to work with pupils on SPE/Oz/N;
