(according to the def. indicator ‘Number of UCZs who acquired qualifications after leaving the programme’), to acquire competences/qualifications by min. 90% of 10N (5K,5M) and to increase the didactic potential of the SZK through the purchase of equipment and assistance from the directors in the period 01.05.2024 - 31.03.2026. The project is directed to gr doc from WŁ: Technical school for vocational training, its 120 UCZ (30K, 90M) and 10N (5K,5M) from the Pajęczański District. THE MAIN RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: 1. IMPROVEMENT OF COMPETENCE, QUALIFICATION OF LAWS. 4 DEVELOPMENT OF KEY, CREATIVE, UNIVERSAL, CROSS-SECTIONAL AND DIGITAL COMPETENCE 5.SUPERVISION OF INVOLVEMENTS FOR STUDENTS 6 FOR STUDENTS FOR STUDENTS 7.K. SZK (adapted to OZN), informing about the project at educational hours/teacher's council/interviews, meetings on project No discrimination based on gender in access to education, however, the stereotypical division of roles M and K is fixed in textbooks (e.g. IT specialist, logistician is most often M, K perform care professions). In addition, Ks have a harder time working, especially Ks educated in most of the above-mentioned SZKs considered typically M, often occupy lower positions. In order to counter stereotypes and ensure equal opportunities for K and M, the forms of prow support will be based on a message that does not perpetuate stereotypes, the above-mentioned stereotypes regarding segregation for the year of work on the above-mentioned typically M and K will be combated, including advising on the above-mentioned and real internships, equal project management will be ensured (including an instructor on equality between K and M for the Proj Team) Proj has a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, accessibility for the SA, participation in the project on the same terms will be possible for any person meeting the criteria for participation without regard to, among others, gender, race, origin, disability. The project will apply the universal design of products, environment, programs, services and environment so that they are useful to everyone as much as possible. In the event of specific needs of the SA, procedures will be implemented to finance the MRU (e.g. sign interpreter, purchase of magnifying programs, speaking programs, etc.). Support and project products will be available in accordance with the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027, i.e. the following standards will be met: training (e.g. inf. materials about the project and recruitment doc. made available, among others, in electronic version, communication in min. 2 ways of communication, rekr. forms will contain questions about special needs, if necessary - providing e.g. an assistant to the ON on the job), information and promotion (e.g. discriminatory message will not be used, perpetuating stereotypes, meetings inf.-prom. org. in places accessible to the ON), transport (e.g. recruitment, meetings, etc. will be in places accessible by communication to the ON), digital (digital products, e.g. website with inf. about the project, electronic recruitment doc. will be adapted to the requirements of WCAG 2.1), architectural (proj and zaj will be real. in buildings accessible architecturally for the ON)
