The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education in the District School Complex in Złoczew (PZS/ZŁ), implemented in cooperation with the social and economic environment, aimed at supporting equal access to good quality, inclusive education and training in particular for disadvantaged groups, by increasing the competences/qualifications of 10n-li (8K/2M), adapting and retrofitting the workshop and by organizing for 86 students (40K/46M) PZS/ZŁ: internships, specialist classes/courses/training in the field of: keeping documentation, HR and payroll matters, taxes, forklift courses, classes developing key competences (preparation for the maths baccalaureate, English language wheel) and in the field of inclusive education carried out on time: The target year (GD) of the project (pr.) is 01.04.2024 -31.03.2026: 1. PZS/ZŁ: technical school (Y/m) and trade school (Sz/B) - institutions providing vocational training for students; 2. N-le: providing vocational training in PZS/ZŁ: 10 n-li (8K/2M); 3. Students T/m and Sz/B in PZS/ZŁ: 86 to learn. (40K/46M); Indicators, including: *Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational training institutions supported: 86 (40K/46M); *Number of representatives of school and educational system staff supported: 10 (8K/2M); *Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in student placements: 65 (35K/30M); It is planned to carry out 9 tasks, including: adaptation, retrofitting of the workshop (task 1), improvement of competences/qualifications n-li (2), complementary professional skills and qualifications (3-4, 8), developing key competences (5,6), inclusive education activities (7), internships (9). The implementation of pr. meets the principle of equality K and M by: identification of equality barriers, actions addressing identified barriers, implementation of gender-disaggregated indicators, ensuring equal governance. In accordance with the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, current at the date of publication of the call (Guidelines), pr. meets the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for OZ/N by enabling all persons to participate fairly in the support offered under the pr. regardless of their sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation. Pr. ensures the availability of pr. support and all pr. products. (including services) that are not considered neutral, in accordance with the accessibility standards annexed to the Guidelines. Among the potential UPs there are 23 pupils. (15K/8M) with SPE, including 6 pers. (2K/4M) with disabilities (Oz/N): coupled, moderate, motor, hearing impairment, visual impairment, aphasia. Barriers may include: too fast pace of work, low motivation and sense of self-worth, specialized language. Recruitment will take place in premises available to Oz/N, a website designed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard, products and activities for recruitment will contain information on architectural and information accessibility about the possibility of using sign language translations and assistants. The presentation of information in PR will take place in a simple and easy language, the pace of classes will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of the UP, including Oz/N. In the event of the emergence of special needs of Oz/N in PR, which could not have been foreseen at the design stage in order to ensure the possibility of their full participation in PR, the mechanism of reasonable accommodation will be applied. The planned activities in the field of inclusive education will consist in the purchase of specialized ICT equipment for Oz/N and in the organization of therapeutic support for 1 Oz/N (M) under Task 7.
