Lublin Laboratory of Biostimulants and Bioprotectants

The aim of the project is to strengthen cooperation between the scientific unit and enterprises. As part of the project, tasks such as: 1. Purchase of equipment with additional equipment The task includes the purchase of: 1 Set for targeted and non-targeted analysis -1 pcs.; 2 Gas Chromatograph GC-MS/MS -1 pcs.; 3 Preparative Chromatograph -1 pcs.; 4 CO2 supercritical extractor -1 pcs; 5 ASE Extractor -1 pcs.; 6 XRF X-ray spectrophotometer -1 pcs; 7 Vacuum concentrator -1 pcs; 8 Oscillatory rheometer -1 pcs.; 9 Goniometer with software and instrumentation -1 pcs.; 10 Vacuum Excavator -1 pcs.; 11 Centrifuge -1 pcs.; 12 Cooler for evaporators -1 pcs.; A detailed description of the planned equipment is included in the accompanying technical specification. 2.Training services As part of the task, the following trainings will be carried out: 1 Training QQQ, Q-TOF, Mass Hunter MH (week – 5 rob. days) - 6 people 2 Training QQQ, GCMS Mass Hunter MH (week – 5 rob. days) - 6 people 3 Training HPLC, Prep. Chemstation (week - 5 working days) - 6 people 4 Supercritical extractor training 5 ASE Extractor operation training (2 days - three groups of 2 people) 6 Centrifuge, Oscillatory Rheometer, Vacuum Evaporator with Cooler and Vacuum Concentrator operation training (3 days - 6 people) 7 XRF X-ray Spectrophotometer (3 days - 6 people) 8 Goniometer with software and instrumentation 9 Finasal and legal conditioning of commercialization (8 hours) - 6 persons/1group) 10 Contracts in technology transfer - construction and verification (2 days/16 hrs. - 6 persons/1 group) 11 Spin-off company in the transfer of technology - principles of management of special purpose vehicles (8 hours) - 6 people/1group) 12 Negotiations in technology transfer (2 days/16 hrs. - 6 persons/1 group) 1. Project management 2. Promotion (a) Project website – management and editing of the project website (b) Organisation of events – organisation of information and promotion meetings with entrepreneurs, entities interested in using the services of the Laboratory (c) Information and promotion materials, including: - Preparation of graphic materials - Printing of information and promotion materials, including posters - Preparation of information boards/information and promotion signs for the Laboratory - Purchase of an advertising rollup for the Laboratory d) Advertising campaign in the press, including a sponsored article 3. Feasibility Study and nKW costs: Construction works – refurbishment of premises for the laboratory, which determines the infrastructural nature of the project: 1. Installation of a CO2 gas installation (bottles with delivery to the right place in the room) 2. Purchase and replacement of entrance doors with access control. 3. Purchase and replacement of doors/gates. 4. Purchase and installation of high-efficiency air-conditioning. 5. Bringing the Internet. 6. Such scope of the project will allow to solve all identified problems and needs of stakeholder groups. The applicant shall have at its disposal all the technical resources required for the commissioning of the equipment to be purchased. This investment will be carried out in one stage. At the date of submission of the application, the Applicant signed a contract for the preparation of a feasibility study. After receiving a positive decision on the selection of the project for co-financing, the Applicant will proceed to the selection of contractors – equipment supplier, and then to the implementation – payment and settlement of the project. The eligible costs relate to support for R&D infrastructure. Research infrastructure will also be of fundamental importance for the Regional Innovation Strategy. The project received a positive opinion from the Minister. Apparatus in 14% of working time will be used for business. The provision of infrastructure to entities outside the applicant's structure will be made on a clear and non-discriminatory basis. The equipment will be designed for industrial research and experimental development works.
