"Strengthening R&D infrastructure for the development of research and innovation capacities of enterprises".

The project involves the purchase of R&D infrastructure and is an activity aimed at developing the research and innovation capacity of the Applicant (ELTEM sp. z o.o.) and Partner (AUTO-STOMA Patrycjusz Stoma). Companies will be able to carry out research projects in the new area of research, aimed at the use of mechatronics solutions, including the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence. The implementation of the project in partnership will achieve a mutually beneficial synergy effect. Machines, devices and computer software necessary for the implementation of R&D projects in the new research area will be purchased. The planned expenditure will be incurred in a way that preserves its efficiency and competitiveness, thanks to the market research carried out in advance. The purchase plan includes new fixed assets (machinery and equipment) and intangible assets (computer software). The share of WNiP in the project budget does not exceed 50% of the statutory requirements applicable to a large enterprise. The selection of contractors (suppliers) will respect the principles of fair competition and the proper path of the tender procedure, depending on the value of the contract. The project will run from 1 September 2023 to 31 October 2025. The first tasks of industrial research (conceptual work and preparation of the knowledge base) will start already in 2024. Settlement of the project and receipt of the final grant amount will start the period of 5 years of project durability. As part of the information and promotion activities, it is planned to place an information board in front of the ELTEM headquarters, after installing the purchased laboratory equipment. All items of equipment will bear stickers containing a list of the signs of the European Funds for Lublin, the colours of the Republic of Poland, the European Union and the text ‘Purchase financed by the European Union’. The website www.eltem.pl will contain a description of the project, including all the information required by the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the European Funds for the years 2021 to 2027 on information and publicity.’
