The aim of the project is to create by Chemical Technology Sp. z o.o. a modern and advanced research and development complex designed to create innovative formulations of chemical preparations of wide use, mainly a preparation for removing graphite and other difficult industrial pollutants with a pH close to neutral. In the scope of research work, it is necessary to assess the effectiveness of the resulting chemical preparations by equipping the laboratory with specialized and modern research equipment and apparatus, which will be used for the implementation of research services. The laboratory planned within the complex will operate in accordance with the assumptions of the ISO 17 025 standard granted by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA) ensuring high quality of research and development. All tests carried out will be carried out in accordance with applicable standards and legal regulations. The key stage of the project implementation is the purchase and adaptation of real estate, which is the place of the Company's operating activity in the scope of R&D works. In addition, the necessary element of the investment process is the purchase of specialized scientific and research equipment and software, the use of which is crucial during the entire planned research process. The scope of R&D works will include: - Selection of the basic components of the preparation - Creation of the formulation of the mixture - Verification of the physicochemical properties - Determination of the effect of the turbidity point of the active components of the preparation on the cleaning properties of the preparation - Selection of the components for testing (various geometry, material, impurities) - Determination of the foaming properties of the preparation - Determination of the working concentration of the washing preparation depending on the washing technique and temperature used - Determination of the emulsifying properties of the preparation depending on the current impurities and selected parameters - Determination of the effect of the formulation solvents on the washing properties - Determination of the degree of degreasing of the surface of the washed elements in order to assess the washing properties of the preparation - Determination of the effect of the washing process on the formation of cracks - Testing the purity of components after the washing process - Determination of the effect of the purity of the components on the coating process - Assessment of corrosion resistance of metal materials washed in the preparation temporarily protecting against corrosion and with the coating system - Assessment of the quality on the conversion coating (coagents) on the surface of the cleaning process. The implementation of the design works will allow to achieve full technological readiness aimed at conducting R&D work on the creation of the formulation of a chemical preparation and the implementation of services by providing a comprehensive set of tests for a wide group of recipients: the metal and machining industry (purity testing of washed components) and the paint industry (mechanical and corrosion resistance testing of paint coatings). metal.
