The main goal of the project is to provide enterprises with a multifunctional tool that, through real-time data analysis, will support risk management, customer service, process automation and optimization of operations. Expected results 1. Improving business processes - the implementation of the "InteliNetrix" system will contribute to the automation and robotization of everyday tasks, which will consequently increase the efficiency of company operations and reduce operating costs. 2. Increasing the efficiency of company management - thanks to current data analysis, it will be possible to precisely manage human resources, machines and other resources, which will improve the overall efficiency of the organization. 3. Improve customer service - advanced AI tools will enable better adaptation of the offer to the needs of customers and faster and more effective service. 4. Optimization of operating costs - precise resource management will reduce unnecessary expenses and increase the cost-effectiveness of activities. 5. Increased competitiveness - "InteliNetrix" will increase the flexibility of the company and its ability to adapt to changing market conditions, which will contribute to the increase of its competitiveness on the market. The most important steps and ways to implement them 1. Design - in the first stage, a system architecture plan will be developed and functional requirements will be identified. Work on technical specifications, in particular for smart sensors and communication modules, will be key. 2. Research - the next stage will be the development of smart cards and machine learning algorithms. This work will include the design and prototyping of hardware modules, as well as the development of algorithms for real-time sensor data analysis and the creation of personalized inference models. 3. Development of a prototype platform - then a prototype platform equipped with data analysis, process modeling and optimization functions will be created. User interfaces will be developed in the form of a web, mobile and desktop application, as well as a voice assistant to facilitate navigation and operation of the system. 4. Implementation and tests - the next step will be the implementation of a prototype solution in a controlled environment and conducting functional and performance tests to assess the effectiveness of the system. 5. Optimization - Finally, the optimization process will include the improvement of algorithms based on test results and user feedback, which will further increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the platform.
