The subject of the Project, which will be implemented under Measure 4.6, is to provide support to final recipients in the form of financial instruments (loans and loans with a grant within one operation of the financial instrument), through selected entities implementing specific funds (Financing Partners). The project will be implemented in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. The aim of the Project is to reduce the volume of electricity and heat consumption in micro and small enterprises and commercial law companies in which the majority of shares are held by local government units or their associations, which will translate into a decrease in operating costs and maintain a competitive position on the market. Types of investments financed: 1. Improving energy efficiency in enterprises resulting from the audit (e.g. reduction of energy intensity, energy-efficient indoor and outdoor lighting, modernization of the heating system, minimization of heat losses, closed circuits, installation of RES devices); 2. Comprehensive thermomodernization of buildings in enterprises along with the installation of RES equipment; 3. Application of energy recovery technology together with the system for the use of waste heat energy within the company; 4. Application of energy-efficient technologies in manufacturing processes in enterprises, including reconstruction or replacement of technological installations and transport lines of production lines; 5. Reconstruction/replacement of inefficient heat sources based on solid fuels, including the use of heating systems based on low-emission energy sources/RES together with building connections to the gas and urban heating networks combined with thermal modernisation of buildings, excluding investments in single-family housing. The project will be implemented in an intermediate model, in accordance with Art. Article 3(c) of the General Regulation. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) will act as the Entity Implementing the Trust Fund and will select Financing Partners (PF). Funding Partners will provide support in their own and possibly also partner sales networks covering the area of the Lubelskie voivodship. Planning the task: 1. Management of the project 2.
