The subject of the Project, which will be implemented under Measure 4.10, is to provide support to final recipients in the form of financial instruments (loans and loans with a grant within one operation of the financial instrument), through selected entities implementing specific funds (Financing Partners). The project will be implemented in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. The aim of the Project is to support the development of the economy towards climate neutrality. Renewable energy generation will be an important element of decarbonisation of industry and diversification of generation sources in the energy mix of the region. The action will contribute to minimizing the effects of climate change, protecting air quality and strengthening the energy potential of the region. Types of investments financed: 1. Construction of installations for the production of bioliquids and biomethane, second and third generation biofuels. 2. Construction/expansion/reconstruction of local energy sources producing electricity and/or heat/fuels decarbonised from RES for local purposes, not requiring long-distance transmission based on local identified resources or with grid infrastructure. 3. Construction and expansion of installations of renewable energy sources in the field of electricity generation (also with energy storage facilities operating for the needs of a given RES source and connection to the grid). 4. Construction and expansion of installations of renewable energy sources in the field of heat generation (also with heat storage facilities operating for the needs of a given RES source). The project will be implemented in an intermediate model, in accordance with Art. Article 3(c) of the General Regulation. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) will act as the Entity Implementing the Trust Fund and will select Financing Partners (PF). Funding Partners will provide support in their own and possibly also partner sales networks covering the area of the Lubelskie voivodship. Planning the task: 1. Management of the project 2.
