Construction of a kindergarten in Dys

The main goal of the project is to equalize opportunities for children with particular emphasis on rural areas through greater access to pre-school education in the German Commune, guaranteeing high quality of education. Improving equal access to inclusive quality services in education, training and lifelong learning through the development of accessible infrastructure will be achieved through the construction of a kindergarten in Dys, municipality of Germany. The level of satisfaction of residents' needs in terms of pre-school education infrastructure in the area of the German municipality should be considered as still insufficient. Between 2012 and 2022, the municipality of Germany experienced a population increase of 20%. Taking into account the continuous increase in the number of inhabitants of the municipality as well as the positive value of the natural growth rate per 1000 population, it can be assumed that the needs of the inhabitants of the municipality in the area of pre-school education will show an increasing trend, which for the municipal authorities constitutes an additional motivation to improve the functioning of the entire pre-school education system in its area. In accordance with Art. 2 Laws on the Education System: "providing education, upbringing and care, including social prevention, is the educational task of municipalities - (a description of the demographic situation and the resulting need for implementation of the project is included in Annex I to the Act on Education, Education and Social Protection). Analysis of needs). The investment is located on a plot with the registration number: 197/1. In the building and outdoors, solutions were used to make it easier for the blind and visually impaired, the elderly and people with musculoskeletal dysfunction, including people moving in wheelchairs, as well as deaf and hearing impaired people to move around. The project also assumes the use of modern, energy-saving technical and technological solutions, the use of environmentally friendly technologies (actions for the implementation of sustainable development and the DNSH principle), by installing a heat pump to take actions for the implementation of sustainable development and the DNSH principle (do no significant harm), including in particular the use of modern, energy-saving technical and technological solutions, the use of environmentally friendly technologies (according to the substantive criterion).The potential number of users of childcare infrastructure will amount to 175 people (an increase of more than 15% compared to the base year). A two-storey facility partially recessed in the ground due to the natural fall of the terrain towards the bottom of the Ciemięga river valley. In the building, 7 children's wards were planned with a showroom with kitchen facilities, an ora canteen with administrative facilities of the building. The administrative facilities are located on the side of the main entrance . Later, children's rooms with branch gardens were located. The children are planned to stay on two floors, i.e. in part of floors 1 and 2. Both floors are accessible from the ground level, which means that all branches will sit down their terrace and educational garden. In the underground part of storey 1 , technical rooms of the building and kitchen facilities (fixed workplaces) and a performance room (temporary residence) are planned. In the remaining above-ground part of storey No. 1 there are rooms for education purposes. In the above-ground floor no. 2 there are children's rooms for education purposes and education purposes, as well as the administrative part and the part related to health care (therapists, SI exercise room).
