The project is an investment in the development of the vocational education infrastructure of the School Complex in Germany, aimed at adapting the institution to the changing requirements of the labour market. The project includes the extension and modernization of the ZS building, as well as comprehensive equipment for specialist vocational training laboratories: gastronomy, landscape architecture, graphics and programming, and computer networks and operating systems and a silence room (for people with special needs in situations of stress or sensory overload). The scope of construction works includes: 1). Installation of external power and sewage networks, reconstruction of waterworks and installation of HP 80 fire hydrant. 2). Modernization of internal c.o. and c.w. installations 3). Implementation of an energy management system that will allow for effective measurement, monitoring and optimization of energy consumption. 4). Thermal insulation works, including insulation of flat roofs, gable roofs, external walls, basements and replacement of windows and doors with modern, energy-saving solutions. 5). Modernization of ventilation and lighting through the installation of LED and photovoltaic system with a power of 8.46 kW. 6). Replacement of lightning protection system, improvement of gravity ventilation and execution of a number of demolition works related to thermal modernization of the building. The eligible costs included 81.34% of the costs of construction works, adopted on the basis of the share of the area intended for vocational training (1.228.73 m2) in the area of the school building (1.510.68 m2) covered by the scope of construction works in the framework of the study entitled: "Improving the energy efficiency of the school building in ZSP in Germany". The main goal of the Project is to create a modern, comprehensively equipped educational base, which will significantly improve the quality of vocational education in the School Complex in Germany. The project includes not only the modernization and expansion of infrastructure, but also the adaptation of the space to the needs of people with disabilities and special educational needs, which will ensure equal access to modern tools and technologies for all students. Thanks to the Project, students will be able to develop their practical skills in specialized studios, such as landscape architecture, computer graphics, programming and computer networks. Modern equipment of these studios reflects real working conditions, which will allow better preparation of graduates to the challenges of the modern labor market. As a result, students will gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience in operating modern systems and tools, which will increase their competitiveness and facilitate entry into the labour market. In the long term, the project will contribute to improving the quality of vocational education in the region, supporting the development of the local economy through better preparation of future specialists.
