Development of PANS didactic infrastructure in Chełm

REASON OF THE NEED FOR A REAL: The university has a teaching base, infrastructure, equipment and equipment from 2013 and 2015, which is complemented as far as possible, but this process is not systematic and should be more dynamic to ensure successive exchange, adaptation, modernization and modernization, in accordance with current European standards and labour market needs. The university plays an important role in the economic and social life of the region. It is an institution responsible for the formation of human capital and the production of knowledge. In the Chełm region, it is also a significant employer and thus makes an important contribution to economic development. It is also an important element of the regional innovation system. The market analysis carried out at the stage of preparing the project took into account the specificity of the region and the specialization of PANS in Chełm, in the context of the scope of laboratory activities and the needs of enterprises in the Lublin region. The final, optimal scope of equipping laboratories was determined on the basis of an analysis of the needs and expectations of the environment and the didactic profile of the University itself. MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: providing high-quality practical training at PANS in Chełm in two technical fields, tailored to the needs of the labour market, by equipping facilities with modern equipment, materials, tools and technologies, guaranteeing full functionality and comprehensiveness of the laboratory infrastructure. Specific objectives in the description of the tasks. The project demonstrates compliance with the ‘Map of educational and social infrastructure needs in Lubelskie Voivodship’, in the area of higher education didactic infrastructure: addresses the effects of demographic trends, ensures optimization of the use of existing infrastructure, supports priority directions, enabling the University to prepare an appropriate offer in the field of higher vocational education, corresponding to the needs identified on the basis of the analysis of the labour market and directions of economic development. It provides the opportunity to educate people with special needs. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PROJECT: purchase of modern laboratory equipment and tools for retrofitting/upgrading: 1.Welding Laboratory and Heart Fluid Mechanics Laboratory. Mechanics and Construction of Machines, 2.Laboratory of intelligent electrical installations on the steering wheel. Electrical engineering, 3.Workshops for professional teaching in the MATLAB programming environment. PLANNED RESULTS: the new infrastructure will allow for the optimization of scientific and didactic processes, in accordance with the fields of study, will ensure the highest quality of the material base for raising the level of education in the fields of smart specializations, related to material technologies and production processes, and what is more, will affect the initiation of even wider cooperation with the enterprise sector in the Lubelskie Voivodeship, in accordance with the implementation of RIS. ACTIVITIES TAKEN: preliminary analysis of needs (verification of demand sheets and justification of the advisability of purchasing from directions), consultations and recommendations of companies / business organizations cooperating with the University in the field of planned retrofitting (Rywal-RHC Sp. z o.o., Local Control Network PL, Leonardo Helocopters - PZL Świdnik, ALL4JETS ), preparation of a detailed list of necessary equipment, securing own funds, preparation of a preliminary schedule, material and financial plan, commissioning a feasibility study and economic and financial analysis of the project. STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION:1)creation of a public procurement plan; 2) preparation of descriptions of the subject of the contract; 3) the initiation of procedures for the supply of equipment with assembly; (4)execution of contracts; 5) configuration and commissioning of equipment / specialized equipment - tests of correctness of operation / work; 6) protocol receipts of orders; 7) implementation into didactic practice.
