Development of vocational schools in the City of Lublin

The aim of the project is to create the right conditions for the development of vocational education in Lublin, LOM and the entire Lublin region by redeveloping the school workshop buildings of the Electronic School Complex, the Energy School Complex and the Lublin Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education, including: 1. ZSEl school workshops: demolition works, replacement of window and door joinery and repair of the facade after the above works, removal of the technical floor and clamping of part of the floor in order to level the levels in the rooms, change of the layout of partition walls, installation: electrical, c.o., water and sewage system, compressed air, air conditioning, mech., teletech., monitoring, alarm, making new plasters, floor screeds, painting walls, laying a new floor, installing lockers in the cloakroom, installing photovoltaic installations on the workshop building, adapting the building for people with disabilities, including: installation of the revenue platform; 2. ZSEn school workshops: finishing works of walls and floors, replacement of door frames, execution of suspended ceilings, separation of the staircase (II p.) with partitions with fire resistance, reconstruction of sanitary facilities, finishing works of the staircase, finishing works of communication routes, reconstruction of the above-mentioned structural wall, execution/replacement of the above-mentioned installations, including: moss ventilation systems, air conditioning systems, fume extraction systems, cold and hot water systems, fire protection systems, sanitation systems, electrical systems, teletech systems, adaptation of the building for people with disabilities, including: making a lift for wheelchairs, replacing the lift; 3rd workshop at LCKZiU: a) in the workshop segment: making resin floors, painting rooms, making partitions from gk walls under the light bands separating corridors from other rooms, installing skylights with gk panels in the plane of ceilings in rooms in the west. during the building, replacing parts of joinery and door joinery, installing fire doors at the interface of the workshop segment and connector and doors to the technical room., demolition of suspended ceiling, separation of rooms, division of corridors into sections using smoke-tight doors, replacement of actuators in ventilation flaps, installation of ventilation of moss., installation of cooling installation, installation of sawdust extraction and welding extraction, replacement of sewerage and water supply system sections, installation of electrical installations and teletech.; the connector and part of the adjacent segment: renovation and removal of architectural barriers (thresholds) in corridors – construction of a floor with a drop (resin floor), painting of walls and ceilings of corridors, renovation of toilet rooms and cleaning room with installation (or replacement) of fittings and installation of suspended ceilings with adjustment for people with disabilities, demolition of the partition wall and renovation (replacement of the floor, painting), reconstruction of social facilities for employees – (demolition and brickwork of walls, replacement of floors, installation of door joinery, wall cladding, HPL walls and fittings, painting, installation of suspended ceilings), adaptation of the building for people with disabilities, including: installation of a staircase, as well as the purchase of equipment for workshop rooms for each school. The reconstruction of school workshops in ZSEl, ZSEn and LCKZiU and the purchase of modern equipment will improve the quality of infrastructure for practical apprenticeships, thereby improving the quality of education and increasing the adaptation of students' qualifications and skills to the needs of the labour market. In order to implement the project, the following were developed: tech documentation and feasibility study. The beneficiary has final building permits. Contractors and equipment suppliers will be selected as a result of public procurement procedures.
