The project is in line with the ‘Map of educational and social infrastructure needs in Lubelskie Voivodship’. In the area covered by the project, there is a need to develop (increase the catalogue and volume of existing services) social services provided within the centre of social activity, which is in line with the needs diagnosed at the regional level. It is necessary to diversify the support and adapt it to the personalized needs of the recipient and the comprehensiveness of the support, expanding the local offer of social services. It is recommended to support the process of deinstitutionalization of social services, using good practices, e.g. social service centers that comprehensively secure the needs of the local community. Supporting the development of service infrastructure, activation, integration and social and professional reintegration, especially of long-term recipients of social assistance, is an opportunity for social and professional activation of people at risk of social exclusion.
