The scope of the project is the extension and reconstruction of the building of the Municipal Centre for Culture and Education in Wisznice on plots No: 128/12, 128/13 and 128/16, located within the registry area of Wygoda, commune of Wisznice. The extension consists in adding to the existing building from the south-eastern side a facility with extreme dimensions of a 6,06x4,52m projection housing a vestibule, technical facilities and an elevator. The designed reconstruction is aimed at adapting the facility to current needs and standards, consists in changing the functions, dimensions, division of rooms, entrances and making bathrooms adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The designed external elevator will provide communication from the ground level to the height of the attic. In the vestibule, a staircase connecting the ground level with the ground floor level is designed. As part of the investment, new external stairs will be made as an escape exit. The designed reconstruction will be carried out in order to improve the utility, social, sanitary and functional standards of the building and to adapt the functions of the rooms to the current needs of the investor and the requirements under the account of the use of disabled people. The method of draining sewage unchanged. External weapon networks (existing connections) are not foreseen. The project implemented as part of the support for the cultural sector includes a facility related exclusively to the cultural function. In addition, the equipment necessary for conducting cultural activities and events will be purchased : projector, interactive monitor, interactive whiteboard, console, computer sets, speakers. The following indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: Number of cultural institutions supported - 1, Number of cultural and tourist facilities supported - 1, Number of visitors to cultural and tourist facilities supported -. 320 people. The aim of the action is to protect and use the resources of cultural heritage, both tangible and intangible - renovation and modernization of the cultural infrastructure facility - GOK enabling active participation of the public in culture. The implementation of the project will aim at the effective use of the potential of cultural heritage in achieving social and economic benefits in the local dimension. The implementation of the assumed activities will translate into securing and preserving for future generations the unique cultural resources of the Biala County. The implementation of the project is in line with the development assumptions of the Municipality of Wisznice and will allow the creation of an active community involved in local affairs. The applicant will mark information and publicity measures and documents related to the implementation of the project with logos in accordance with the provisions of the ‘Handbook of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 on information and publicity’. In addition, an information board will be placed in the place of implementation of the project. A poster will be placed in a visible and publicly accessible place, e.g. at the entrance to the building. The applicant also undertakes to place stickers on equipment, equipment created or purchased under a project co-financed by the European Funds. Promotion of the project will also take place on the Applicant's website and social media.
