Execution of renovation, conservation and repair works of the palace and park complex in Kluczkowice

The main objective of the project is to increase the attractiveness of tourism and strengthen social inclusion in the Opole County through the protection and effective use of cultural heritage resources and the development of cultural services. This objective will be pursued through the specific objectives of: strengthening the cultural identity of the region by protecting and nurturing cultural resources, developing and effectively exploiting cultural potential, strengthening economic development and social inclusion. The scope of the investment was consulted with residents, tourists and cultural heritage communities (surveying), thanks to which they were involved in the project and its development. The palace and park complex in Kluczkowice is located on plots 1/7, 1/9, 13/9, 4, 5, 6, 7, 2/16, 2/19,17/1 (rev. 19-Kluczkowice Osiedle) and under conservation supervision: Register of Monuments of the Lubelskie Voivodeship (No A/693) pursuant to the decision of 06.06.1975 (KL.IV/29/75). The Palace has a Regional Museum, which was established by the District Council in Opole Lubelskie in June 2007. The subject of the project are: 1. Building works in the Palace – repair of plaster and architectural details of the facade with painting, repair of terraces, repair of plaster in the cellar corridor, repositioning of existing paving stone bands 2. Construction works in Powozownia - cleaning of the facade and removal of loose fragments of stones and bricks, repair of cracks and replenishment of structural defects on the facades, replacement of window and door joinery, installation of new window sills adapted to new windows, from the inside wooden, from the outside sheet as on roofing, making a band of paving stones around the building with a fall from the building. 3. Construction works in the park - replacement of curbs, construction of a new surface of avenues and pavements made of granite cube with supports, adjustment of walkways and descents, installation of new markings, delivery and installation of 2 revenue platforms with power connection In addition to construction works and equipment, the project also includes the following tasks within the eligible costs: - Feasibility study - preparing a feasibility study for this project. - Preparation of technical documentation and cost estimates - preparation of the construction project and investor's cost estimates - documents necessary in the investment process, including construction works. - Preparation of tender documentation - preparation of documentation necessary for the selection of contractors for individual works and services in the project. - Investor supervision – the task includes the costs of investor service for the construction works carried out under the project. - Author's supervision – the task covers the costs of activities carried out by the author of the project, consisting in maintaining compliance of the execution of works with the approved project and the possibility of introducing alternative solutions if necessary – Archaeological and dendrological supervision – the task includes the costs of supervising earthworks related to the investment being carried out, the purpose of which is to identify and document any archaeological finds that may be found in the examined area. Dendrological surveillance consists of activities related to the protection of stands on the construction site carried out by specialists in dendrological surveillance. - Indirect costs including: project promotion and management. The investment will have a positive impact on economic development and social inclusion – the availability of the resources covered by the project will increase, as a result of support for cultural infrastructure, a number of actions have been planned for vulnerable groups (seniors, children and young people), which will be implemented throughout the lifetime of the project. As a result of the demand analysis and the needs assessment for the supported infrastructure, the number of visitors to the supported infrastructure will increase annually by 21% compared to the last year before the start of the project (2022).
