The implementation of the project will be crucial for achieving the CS of the 4h programme), by providing comprehensive support, which will include individual reintegration pathways, specialist professional and social support, development of soft and educational skills, and making available personalised activation measures. Implementation of the project's objectives will allow minimizing the problems diagnosed under the FELU programme and by the Applicant in the diagnosis of needs carried out before the project's assumptions were developed, through effective responses to challenges related to the social and professional integration of people with disabilities in rural areas. The main objective of the project is to increase social and professional activity and improve access to the labour market of 20 people (12K and 8M) with disabilities, excluded living in the Lubelskie voivodship in rural areas through the implementation of a comprehensive Programme of social and professional activation including support using active inclusion services of a social, professional, educational and health nature during the 12 months of the project implementation. Main objective of the project: −results directly from the problem or problems of the target group diagnosed in the programme, which the applicant wants to solve or minimize through the implementation of the project, i.e. the project is a response to a problem concerning persons with disabilities who are not ready for work (passive/unemployed), experiencing complex problems causing poverty and social exclusion, which in the first place require comprehensive support using social/occupational/educational/health activation instruments. −is consistent with the relevant specific objective of the programme, i.e. The coherence of the project consists in the implementation by the Applicant of a comprehensive social and professional activation program for disabled project participants using tools in the field of social, professional, health and educational activation. −directly translates into tasks, i.e. the project will implement tasks in the field of social, professional, educational and health activation . In the case of projects using labour market instruments and services analogous to those indicated in the Act of 20 April 2004 on employment promotion and labour market institutions (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 735, as amended)12, they are implemented in the manner and on the terms specified in this Act and the relevant implementing acts of the Act. The main objective describes the target state which will be the increase in social and professional activity of the project participants expressed by the achievement of the assumed efficiency in the social and employment dimension and other indicators specified in the proposal (min. increase in qualifications). INFORMATION AND PROMOTION ACTIVITIES carried out by the Applicant: -marking all documents within the project with the official logotypes of FE, RP,EU -printing and placement of posters at the project implementation sites - posting the description of the Project on the beneficiary's official website and on social media -informing project participants and the local community about the sources of project funding - posting additional information/news about the project on social media - documenting promotional and information activities. The Beneficiary will fulfil its information and publicity obligations, including informing the public about the funding of the project by the European Union, in accordance with the General Regulation (in particular Annex IX - Communication and Visibility) and in accordance with Annex 6 to the Agreement (extract from the provisions of the Manual for the Beneficiary).
