"Effective and active" project will be implemented on 01.07.2025-30.06.2026r. in rural communes of WL. [COUNTRY 2]: Proj.is implemented in a rural area. Information and promotion activities in rural municipalities of WL: dedicated face-to-face meetings, sending out e-information on projects and/or contacting public institutions (GOK, OPS, PCPR) and NGOs, social media – among others: FB, website, as well as whisper marketing. [CRYT.ACCESS 7]: Support under the project results from the diagnosis of needs.The project responds to the problem gr.doc.diagnosed during the implementation of the project in the field of social inclusion and in the own analysis*[w/w DIAGNOZA],i.e. low level of socio-occupational activity and employability, which consists of, among others: lack of identified needs and potentials, low level of social competences, lack/low level of professional qualifications, inability to seek employment and move around the labour market or low level of professional qualifications. *Own analysis was carried out by a sociologist using a questionnaire survey,in the period 05-06.2024 on a research sample N=50 economically inactive OZN from rural municipalities of WL, meeting all the criteria of the target group (including 40 women, including rural municipalities: Zakrzówek,Lubartów,Kock,Biłgoraj).Assumptions of the project were prepared on the basis of the results of the analysis. The main objective of the project is to increase socio-occupational activity and employability in 48 OzN pow.18r.ż.(28K,20M), residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in rural municipalities of WL (according to the description of the target group), by 30.06.2026r.The main objective will be achieved by covering 48 OzN pow.18r.ż.(28K,20M) with a comprehensive program for social and professional activation of OzN, using social, vocational and educational activation instruments, including identification of needs along with the Individual Reintegration Path, individual career counselling, social competence workshops, vocational training, job mediation and professional internship. The direct result of the project will be: obtaining qualifications and/or acquiring competences among at least 79% of UP, i.e. 38 people(22K,16M), seeking work by at least 31% of inactive UP, i.e. 15 people(9K,6M), as well as taking up employment by at least 31% of UP, i.e. 15 people(9K,5M).U at least 24 people(14K,10M) the social situation will improve after leaving the programme in accordance with the definition of the result indicator WLWK-PLHILCR01.This will contribute to achieving, inter alia, the specific objective ESF+.CP4.H-Supporting active inclusion in order to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation and increase employability, in particular of disadvantaged groups. The added value of the project will be the actions implemented to eliminate various types of barriers faced by people at risk of social exclusion, who face the problem of discrimination on the labour market.The essence of the project is social activation and the inclusion of people furthest from the labour market, who are not ready for work, i.e. professionally inactive OZN. The project is compatible, among others: with a minimum standard for the implementation of the principle of K/M equality; the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for NSAs; the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union of 26 October 2012; the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, done at New York on 13.12.2006; with the principle of sustainable development (more broadly: pts. Additional information). [CRYT.ACCESS 3]: The project is in line with the National Programme for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion.Update 2021-2027, public policy with a perspective to 2030 (the project's assumptions are in line with Priority III, Action 3.1.Support to NSAs). The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the objectives contained in the strategic documents, such as for example: National Strategy for the Development of the Region.2030(development of human capital and community); WL Development Strategy (development of human capital).
