the Active Lublin Region

The "Active Lublin" project will be implemented on 01.08.2024-30.04.2025 in the Lublin Voivodeship. Information and promotion activities in the Lubelskie Voivodeship will include, among others: dedicated face-to-face meetings in the project office, sending e-information about the project and/or telephone contact with public institutions and NGOs, information campaign in social media (including: Facebook, website, advertising portals, information exchange groups), as well as word-of-mouth marketing. The project responds to the problem of the target group diagnosed during the implementation of projects in the field of social inclusion and in own analysis*, i.e. low level of socio-occupational activity and employability, which consists of, among others: lack of identified needs and potentials, low level of social competences, lack/low level of professional qualifications, inability to seek employment or low level of professional experience. *Own analysis was carried out by a sociologist using an online questionnaire, on 05-06.2023 on a research sample N = 30 economically inactive people from the Lublin province, meeting all the criteria of the target group (18 women, 6 OZN). Based on the results of the analysis, the assumptions of the project were prepared. The main objective of the project is to increase socio-occupational activity and employability of 20 adults (12 K, 8 M) living within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Lubelskie Province (according to the target group description), by 30.04.2025. The main objective will be achieved by covering 20 adults (12 K, 8 M) with a comprehensive programme for social and professional activation, using social, professional and educational activation instruments, including identification of needs along with the Individual Reintegration Path, social competence workshops, vocational training, job placement and professional internship. The direct result of the project will be: obtaining qualifications and/or acquiring competences among at least 80% of project participants, i.e. 16 people (10 K, 6 M), job search by at least 60% of economically inactive project participants, i.e. 12 people (8 K, 4 M), as well as employment by at least 25% of project participants, i.e. 5 people (3 K, 2 M). In at least 10 people (6 K, 4 M), the social situation will improve after leaving the programme according to the definition of the result indicator WLWK-PLHILCR01. This will contribute to the achievement of, inter alia, the specific objective ESF+.CP4.H – Fostering active social inclusion to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation, and enhancing employability, in particular of disadvantaged groups. The added value of the project will be activities implemented in order to eliminate various types of barriers faced by people at risk of social exclusion facing the problem of discrimination on the labour market. The essence of the project is social activation and inclusion of people furthest from the labour market who are not ready for work, i.e. inactive people. The project results from the Municipal Revitalization Program (more broadly: pts. Additional information). The project is compatible with, among others: with a minimum standard for the implementation of the principle of K/M equality; the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for NSAs; with the Charter of the Rights of the Podst. EU of 26 October 2012 (Official Journal Ooh, ooh, ooh. EU C 326, 26.10.2012, p. 391); the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, done at New York on 13 December 2006 (Journal Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169, as amended); with the principle of sustainable development (more broadly: pts. Additional information). The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the objectives contained in the national, regional and local strategic documents, such as: National Development Strategy of the Region. 2030 (objective 2.1: Development of human and social capital); The War Development Strategy. Lubelskie by 2030 (Operational Objective 4.1: Development of human capital).
