The "Fashion for activity" project will be implemented on 01.09.2024-30.09.2025 in the Lublin Voivodeship. The deadline for the implementation of the project was adopted in response to the resources and organizational capabilities of the Applicant, as well as the fact that projects aimed at socio-occupational activation starting after the holidays are very necessary. Information and promotion activities in the Lubelskie Voivodeship will include, among others: dedicated face-to-face meetings in the project office, sending e-information about the project and/or telephone contact with public institutions and NGOs, information campaign in social media (including: Facebook, website, advertising portals, information exchange groups), as well as word-of-mouth marketing. The project responds to the problem of the target group diagnosed during the implementation of projects in the field of social inclusion and in own analysis*, i.e. low level of socio-occupational activity and employability, which consists of, among others: lack of identified needs and potentials, low level of social competences, lack/low level of professional qualifications, inability to seek employment or low level of professional experience. *Own analysis was carried out by a sociologist using an online questionnaire, between 05-06.2023 on a research sample N = 30 economically inactive people from the Lublin province, meeting all the criteria of the target group (18 women, 6 OZN). Based on the results of the analysis, the assumptions of the project were prepared. The main objective of the project is to increase socio-occupational activity and employability of 36 economically inactive adults (22 K, 14 M), residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Lublin Province (according to the description of the target group), by 30.04.2025, verified by obtaining qualifications and/or acquiring competences among at least 80% of UP, job search by at least 47% of UP, as well as taking up employment by at least 25% of UP. The main objective will be achieved by covering 36 economically inactive adults (22 K, 14 M) with a comprehensive programme for social and professional activation, using social, professional and educational activation instruments, including identification of needs together with the Individual Reintegration Pathway, social competence workshops, vocational training, job placement and professional internship. The direct result of the project will be: obtaining qualifications and/or acquiring competences among at least 80% of UP, i.e. 29 people (18 K, 11 M), job search by at least 47% of inactive UP, i.e. 17 people (10 K, 7 M), as well as taking up employment for at least 25% of non-working UP, i.e. 9 people (6 K, 3 M). In at least 17 people (10 K, 7 M) the social situation will improve after leaving the program according to the result indicator WLWK-PLHILCR01. This will contribute to the achievement of, inter alia, the specific objective.
