The main objective of the project is to provide comprehensive support aimed at integrating third-country nationals (TCNs), including migrants and their accompanying persons, while taking into account the migration of persons, as a result of the Russian Federation’s attack on Ukraine. Support will be provided in the period 01.03.2024-31.12.2027. The objective of the project is in line with Policy Objective 4. A more social, inclusive and implementing Europe’s Pillar of Social Rights and with specific objective 4(i) (ESF+): Support the socio-economic integration of third-country nationals, including migrants. This action will be implemented through comprehensive and individualized, maintaining the subjectivity of the unit, respecting its needs and taking into account information about forms of support, support provided in the Integration Center (CI) established and run in Lublin with points in Chełm, Zamość and Biała Podlaska. CI will be a place offering a wide range of personalized services, which will include: activities in the field of raising, updating, adapting professional qualifications and competences to the Polish labour market, improving knowledge of the Polish language, information support in the scope of rights and obligations, rules of functioning of the Polish labour market, social security systems, including health care, translation, psychological and legal support, support in contacts with local institutions and organizations. In addition, support will be provided to employers employing third-country nationals in the following areas: counteracting conflicts on the basis of cultural differences or taking into account cultural differences in the management of the company, and provides for training activities for staff working directly with third-country nationals and activities raising the knowledge of the inhabitants of the region on the issues of third-country nationals and building their positive image in the region. In addition, networking activities are foreseen for institutions providing a variety of socio-economic services to foreigners. The WW areas will be covered by three types of tasks: 1/ Setting up and running a CI in Lublin with points in Chełm, Zamość and Biała Podlaska.2/ Activation support for third-country nationals 3/ Information and integration tasks. The type of support offered, which consists in concentrating a variety of products and services in one place, provides project participants with convenience, simplified processes and increased efficiency of activities, which will bring benefits in terms of time savings, clarity in access to services, support in the decision-making process and increased integration and involvement of the beneficiaries themselves. In addition, the support provided creates the opportunity for better cooperation between institutions through networking, developing new initiatives and raising the standard of customer service. Better integration and adaptation of third-country nationals is in the interest of residents by focusing on social aspects such as public security, demography and economic development. Cooperation with employers employing migrants helps to prevent conflicts and create a friendly working environment. The Integration process in the CI will in some way allow you to exercise control over the course of adaptation and will allow you to direct migration processes in the desired directions at the regional level.
