The aim of the project is to extend the offer of social services provided by the Social Services Centre in Świdnik in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026 with a durability period for two consecutive years, i.e. until 31.12.2028. The objective of the project results directly from the diagnosed problems of the target group that the applicant wants to minimize, as indicated in the Municipal Strategy for Solving Social Problems in the Municipality of Świdnik for 2022-2030 and the Diagnosis of Social Problems in the Municipality of Świdnik developed by the Social Services Centre in Świdnik. The aim of the project is in line with the specific objective 4k of the European Funds for Lublin Programme 2021-2027 - increasing equal and rapid access to good quality, sustainable and affordable services, including services that support access to housing and person-centred care, including health care; modernising social protection systems, including promoting access to social protection, with a particular focus on children and disadvantaged groups; improving accessibility, including for persons with disabilities, effectiveness and resilience of health systems and long-term care services. The project is addressed to 220 people (180 women and 40 men) migrants and their surroundings, actual carers, people exposed to placement in institutions around the clock or staying in institutions around the clock, people with disabilities and their surroundings (including family, local environment), people at risk of social exclusion, the environment of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The project is addressed only to people who study, work or live in the area of the Municipality of Świdnik in the Lublin Voivodeship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. The project assumes the extension of the CUS offer in Świdnik with the following services: 1. For the benefit of seniors and their surroundings (meeting the criteria of the target group described above). - Culinary therapy workshops, - Psychological counseling, - Consultation with geriatrician, - Hygiene of old age (care): podiatrist, hairdresser. - Art therapy (hand therapy classes, plastic), - Music therapy, - Gymnastics, - Hortitherapy, - Geriatric prevention, - "golden handle" services for seniors. 2. For people with addictions and their environment (meeting the criteria of the target group described above). - Individual meetings with the Addiction Therapy Instructor, - Information and consultation duty, - Meetings of self-help groups, - Workshops to improve digital competences, - Workshops in occupational therapy, - Organisation of a therapy and training camp, 3. For the benefit of children and families (meeting the criteria of the target group described above). - Individual psychological support, - Individual pedagogical support, - Social skills training. (TUS), - Hand therapy, - Speech therapy classes, - Sensory integration, - SmykoMultisensoryka, - Dance and movement classes for mothers with children, - Environmental therapy, -Culinary therapy workshops, 4. For persons with disabilities (meeting the criteria of the target group described above). - Systemic therapy of families/Psychoeducation of families, - Art therapy classes, - Speech therapy classes, - Creation of a common room for autistic children, -Therapeutic classes for the environment of children with disabilities.
