R-N) by covering them in the RBMPs in the period 01.07.2025-31.05.2027 The main objective of the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective 4l progr. FEL 2021-2027 ‘Supporting the social inclusion of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including those most in need and children’ – the real objective of the proposed support will contribute to reducing social exclusion and will affect social integration. DZ and RD from families experiencing care and educational difficulties, who are excluded from the community due to their family situation and who, due to their difficult financial situation, are not able to use the paid services of GD project from the Lublin province: project addressed to 30 families raising children, experiencing difficulties in fulfilling caring and educational functions with MCH and PCH (including 30 children -17 girls, 13 boys and 30 parents - 23K, 7M from the above-mentioned Polish Academy of Sciences). Number of wasps covered by services in the area of family support and foster care-60 wasps (40K,20M) 2. The number of service places created in the local community - 30 places in the Proj RBMP responds to the needs and problems of GD identified in its real area - is addressed to regions requiring specific support according to justified needs in the area where there is limited availability of services resulting from the diagnosis: before submitting the application for a grant in the period from 20 November 2024 to 03 December 2024, on the basis of the available, verifiable data/inf. on the area of support, the Applicant carried out and prepared a Diagnosis of needs in the area of family support services, specifying the problems and needs in providing the above-mentioned services for GD in MCH and PCH. The activities planned in the project respond to the problems identified in the Diagnosis - the area of project implementation, GD, type of forms of support, the number of persons covered by the project and individual services results directly from the scale of zaint.proj and from diagnosed problems related to the provision of services for families with DZ in MCH and PCH, taking into account the level of their availability.
