Project type-1 Project main objective: Raising the level of social activity by 40 people with disabilities (24K, 16M) from municipalities: Biłgoraj, Aleksandrów, Goraj, Frampol and the Municipality of Biłgoraj thanks to the support provided under the project for the period 1.07.2025- 31.03.2026. The target is 40 people (24K and 16M) at risk of social exclusion and poverty, including the elderly. 100% GD is OzN. The applicant (hereinafter referred to as WN) discussed the issues covered by the document under the headings ‘Gr.docelowe’ and ‘Additional inf.’ – a description of the criteria. From the diagnosis carried out by WN and from the analysis of access.publication and statistics, it results that people from GD are characterized by a small pos.activn.profession and a relatively high pos. passivity profession; They face financial difficulties and awareness barriers. Disability is one of the most common reasons for applying for social assistance. More than 70% of all people with reduced efficiency are people aged 50 and over. L-ba families benefited from social assistance in WL in 2022 due to the disability of 14 950 families. Due to numerous psycho-physical dysfunctions, OZNs are often unable to perform paid work, and are even dependent on other people. According to PFRON data from 2017, the quality of life index for people with reduced efficiency was 38.5 points/100 possible. One of the factors affecting the above is the degree of self-reliance.OzN and support from loved ones. THE IMPACT OF Syt.problem.os.z GD makes it difficult to function.and to withdraw from the life of the community. The main problem with GD is: LOW SOCIAL ACTIVITY AND SMALL CAPABILITY TO ACTIVATE WITHOUT SPECIALIST AID. As the most common.PRESSIONS difficulties in undertaking activation of wasps with GD give: lack of psycho-social competences, low self-esteem, difficulties related to low self-esteem, lack of motivation to act, financial barriers, health problems, problems with functioning in society. The effects of such a system for these people may be withdrawal from social life, lowering the quality of life, excluding professions and communities, and related social and family pathologies. In response to the situation, probl.WN formulated the main objective described above. The project activities will be adapted to the individual needs and capabilities of the OP. Realization.proj.will increase social competences and improve UP's health, increase UP's sense of self-worth, increase social activity.
