The ‘New Energy’ project includes comprehensive support for 80 people (30 women, 50 men) belonging to one of the following groups: - persons employed on short-term contracts, civil-law contracts, - the poor working in the Lublin Province within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. Project implemented by the Association of Social and Civil Initiatives ETOS in partnership with Benefit Project Andrzej Bożek The aim of the project is to improve the professional situation and increase the chances of maintaining or changing employment to a more effective one for at least 80% of participants in the period from 01.03.2025 to 30.06.2026. Achieving the planned goal will be possible by going through the full project path including: diagnosis of professional competence with the creation/update of IPD and training (eMarketing, mechanical lifting trucks, CAD Design, IT Consultant) RES) during which participants will acquire new qualifications confirmed by an external exam, which will increase their position on the local and regional labour market. Recruitment will be based on promotional activities using advertisements on portals, public places, workplaces, office buildings, social media, word-of-mouth marketing. The recruitment process will involve local units working for a given community, the organizer will also use his experience in working with a given target group gained during the implementation of previous projects. The main objective of the project is to increase the chances of gaining more sustainable or financially advantageous employment and to improve the current professional situation of at least 80% of participants, i.e. 64 pers. (24K, 40M), belonging to one of the following groups: persons employed on short-term contracts, civil-law contracts, the poor working within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Lublin Province until 30.06.2026 by gaining the qualifications desired on the labour market. Thanks to the implementation of the project, people who take part in it and complete the participation will improve their qualifications, adapt them to the expectations of the labour market, while increasing their chances of maintaining, changing employment or socio-professional promotion. The objective of the project is in line with the specific objective ESF+.CP4.A - Improving access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, in particular young people, notably through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market, as well as for inactive people, and by promoting self-employment and the social economy The objective of the project is in line with the objective of measure 9.2, i.e. project type 1: Improving the situation on the labour market of working poor and people employed on short-term contracts, civil law by increasing the level of qualifications of the above-mentioned people, which will translate into an increased chance of maintaining or changing employment into more favorable, and thus improving the professional and socio-economic situation.
