The Great Change

The aim of the project is to increase access to stable employment and opportunities to improve qualifications and competences/skills, for 30 people (20K, 10M) employed on short-term contracts, civil law and working poor, living in the Lubelskie Voivodeship, from 01.05.2025 to 30.04.2026. The support provided under the project will be tailored to the individual needs of UP, resulting from their current state of knowledge, experience, ability and predisposition to practice a given profession. Each UP will receive an offer of support, including forms of assistance that will be identified as necessary in order to improve the situation on the labour market or obtain employment. The aim of the project results directly from the problem of UP diagnosed in the programme and during the diagnosis of needs made by Wn, which is significant employment instability and limited possibilities of access to training and other forms of support, especially significant among the working poor and those employed on short-term and civil law contracts. It is consistent with PO 4 'A more social, inclusive and implementing Europe's Pillar of Social Rights' in terms of planned support and expected results. The implementation of the project will significantly contribute to the achievement of the CS of the ESF+.CP4.A programme - Improving access to employment and activation measures [...], by implementing a tailor-made approach to the needs of each participant, tailored to the individual skills and life situation of each UP. By achieving the objectives of the project, problems will be minimized both in the FELU program and by Wn in the diagnosis of needs carried out before the project's assumptions were developed. In the context of the implementation of the project objective and the diagnosed needs of the target group, support under the project will be preceded by the development of an IPD, and each UP will receive an offer of support resulting from the diagnosis of training and/or validation needs and professional improvement opportunities, including forms of assistance that will contribute to improving his professional situation. Promotion of the project - in accordance with the General Regulation (in particular Annex II) IX), The Handbook.
