The "Qualified Lublin" project will be implemented between 1 June 2024 and 31 December 2024 in the Lublin Voivodeship. Information and promotion activities in the Lubelskie Voivodeship will include, among others: dedicated face-to-face meetings in the project office, sending e-information about the project and/or telephone contact with public institutions and NGOs, information campaign in social media (including: Facebook, website, advertising portals, information exchange groups), as well as word-of-mouth marketing. The project responds to the problem of the target group diagnosed during the implementation of projects in the field of professional activation and in own analysis*, i.e. low level of professional activity and employability, which consists of, among others: lack of identified needs and potentials, lack/low level of professional qualifications, inability to seek employment or low level of professional experience. *Own analysis was carried out by a sociologist using an online questionnaire, between 04-05.2023 on a research sample N = 30 people without employment from the Lublin province, meeting all the criteria of the target group (20 women, 5 OZN, 18 unemployed, including 10 long-term, 12 inactive). Based on the results of the analysis, the assumptions of the project were prepared. The main objective of the project is to increase the professional activity and employability of 20 adults (15 women, 5 men), living within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Lubelskie Province (as described by the target group), by 31.12.2024. The main objective will be achieved by covering 20 adults (15 women, 5 men) with a comprehensive vocational activation programme, aimed at supporting sustainable participation in the labour market, especially for women, through the diagnosis of needs with the development/update of IPD, vocational training, job placement and professional internship. The direct result of the project will be: obtaining qualifications and/or acquiring competences among at least 80% of project participants, i.e. 16 people (14 women, 2 men), job search by at least 75% of economically inactive project participants, i.e. 6 people (5 women, 1 man), as well as employment by at least 40% of project participants, i.e. 8 people (6 women, 2 men). At least 8 people (6 women, 2 men) will be better placed in the labour market according to the definition of the WLWK-PLCCR02 result indicator. This will contribute to achieving, inter alia, the specific objective ESF+.CP4.C – Fostering gender-balanced participation in the labour market, equal working conditions and a better work-life balance, including through access to affordable childcare and care for people in need of daily support. The added value of the project will be implemented actions aimed at increasing access to employment for disadvantaged groups, job seekers, those who are in a difficult situation on the labour market due to difficulties in reconciling work life with family or care responsibilities (including, above all, motherhood), as well as stereotypical perceptions of social roles. The project is compatible with, among others: with a minimum standard for the implementation of the principle of K/M equality; the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for NSAs; with the Charter of the Rights of the Podst. EU of 26 October 2012 (Official Journal Ooh, ooh, ooh. EU C 326, 26.10.2012, p. 391); the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, done at New York on 13 December 2006 (Journal Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169, as amended); with the principle of sustainable development (described in more detail in point Additional information). The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the objectives contained in the national, regional and local strategic documents, such as: National Strategy for Regional Development 2030 (objective 2.1.: Development of human and social capital); The War Development Strategy. Lubelskie by 2030 (Operational Objective 4.1: Development of human capital).
