The project is aimed at people working in the Lubelskie Voivodship, who are at risk of leaving the labour market due to health problems related to diseases of the nervous system. The program is comprehensive, the participant is supported by an interdisciplinary team: rehamanager, occupational medicine specialist, medical rehabilitation specialist, physiotherapist, psychologist, speech therapist, nurse, professional advisor, health promotion specialist. The program includes medical, occupational, psychosocial rehabilitation, targeted education and counseling in the field of work ergonomics. The main goal of the program is to maintain the ability to work and active participation in social life by 65% of the program participants through the implementation of comprehensive medical, professional and social rehabilitation carried out in the Lubelskie Voivodeship in the years 2025-2027. The Programme shall address the specific objective of the FEL 2021-2027 programme through the following specific objectives: 1. Improvement of physical and mental fitness after the completion of the program in at least 65% of participants by at least 50% through the implementation of an individual comprehensive rehabilitation program (IPKR). 2. Educating and consolidating effective replacement mechanisms for morphological damage in at least 65% of program participants with such deficits. 3. Maintaining the employability or retraining of participants at risk of leaving the labour market in at least 65% of participants within 4 weeks after the completion of the programme. 4. Increase mental resilience in at least 65% of participants by reducing stress levels and controlling emotions after completing the program. 5. Increasing the level of knowledge on coping skills in situations of exposure to exit from the labour market due to health factors in the area of diseases of the nervous system, in at least 65% of participants after the end of the program. For the program, you will qualify for a preliminary medical examination to participate in the program and assess the possibility of returning to work. After qualifying for the project, an Individual Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program (IPKR) will be developed for each participant, which will last 6 weeks and include: meetings with the rehamanager, who coordinates all stages of the program (prepares the IPKR, supervises its implementation, provides advice on work ergonomics); Rehabilitation module: under which 30 hours of individual therapy with a physiotherapist will be carried out, in addition, it will include a speech therapist element, implemented as needed, including meetings with a speech therapist for patients with speech deficits, a psychosocial module: which will include psychological consultations diagnosing difficulties, motivating and aimed at supporting in maintaining professional activity, as well as consultations with a career counsellor, which will discuss, among others, problems related to adapting the position to current needs, retraining, upgrading qualifications, career planning; Education module: including counselling and health education, provided by a nurse. WOMP CP-L in Lublin, due to the specificity of the tasks carried out, including caring for the working population, is a unit with extensive experience in the implementation of this type of activities. Knowing the subject area of the project and on the basis of the analysis, as part of the judicial processes during preventive examinations, it is possible to identify people with health problems from the area of nervous system diseases who have received a decision on contraindications to work, have a shortened time of the decision on the absence of contraindications to work and those who have a disability decision, whether they are referred to the Center for appeal examinations against judgments issued in basic occupational medicine units, and who may be potential participants in the project.
