Development of four work-related programmes, including two prevention programmes in the area of cardiovascular and cancer diseases and two rehabilitation programmes in the area of cardiovascular and nervous system diseases.

The workplace, the way in which they perform their duties and the burdensome, harmful and dangerous factors that occur have an impact on the physical and mental health of workers. Often, the health of staff is perceived only by the scale of sickness absenteeism, while absenteeism is only the tip of the iceberg, hiding other problems, not always only health. Therefore, in addition to the elimination of abuses, in addition to health education, it is worth prioritising the diagnosis of diseases and ailments causing incapacity for work and inefficiency, in order to conduct their effective prevention. As part of the project, two preventive programmes in the areas of cardiovascular disease and cancer will be developed in the RPZ formula, as well as two rehabilitation programmes in the areas of cardiovascular disease and nervous system diseases, the essence of which will be the prevention of diseases and support for workers in their recovery.
