The objective of the project is to support three primary schools: SP in Osmolicy Pierwsze, SP in Bystrzyca Stara and SP in Strzyżewice-Rechta, which achieve results of the eighth grade exam (E 8) in English lower than the provincial average. Support in the form of additional group classes in English will be provided to 244 students (U) of grades 1-8, aged 6-15 years, including 114 K, 130 M including 8 U with disabilities, SP in Osmolicy Pierwsze, SP in Bystrzyca Stara and SP in Strzyżewice-Recht will be supplemented in the field of language studios, IT equipment and software for conducting classes based on information and communication technologies Support for each school will be implemented based on individually diagnosed needs of a given school, primarily in the context of equalizing educational opportunities U. The project responds to the needs and problems U identified as part of the diagnosis in the area of English teaching in order to improve the level of U skills, which will translate into improved results of the eighth grade exam in English in supported schools. The support offered in the project will improve the quality, level of social inclusion and effectiveness of education and training, and in the future will positively affect the situation of U supported on the labour market INFORMATION AND PROMOTION ACTIVITIES will be adapted to the specifics of the target group: a. direct information at school meetings, educational classes (classes VII-VIII) b. traditional marketing (posters, leaflets - in schools and places of daily activity U) c. online marketing (www (schools, Municipal Office, social media) d. participation in local events related to education and the labour market The recruitment process will be planned so that it does not restrict access to anyone, regardless of gender or degree of disability. At the recruitment stage, the principle of equal opportunities will be ensured, i.e. proper participation of boys and girls in the project (resulting from the gender structure in the supported group), support will be planned for people with disabilities allowing them to participate in the project on an equal basis with others. The diagnosis showed that the main reasons for low knowledge of English are the lack of regular English lessons as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, the lack of offer of additional English classes (including free), the poor socio-economic situation of students and their families, a large number of students with a disability certificate and the need for special education. The project responds to the above-mentioned problem and implements the MAIN OBJECTIVE: Strengthening key competences in the field of English among 244 students (including 114 K, 130 M, including 8 U with disabilities) from Wielkopolskie Voivodship. Lubelski, Strzyżewice Commune, from 3 schools achieving the results of English language exams lower than the provincial average, through the implementation of a high-quality, effective and effective education process, in the form of additional English language classes and school equipment until 30.06.2026. The headline target is directly linked to the Progr.European Funds for Lublin 2021-27, as it pursues Policy Specific Objective 4 ‘A more social Europe (...); Specific objective 4(e) Improve the quality, inclusion and effectiveness of education and training systems and their links with the labour market, including through the validation of non-formal and informal learning, to support the acquisition of key competences, including entrepreneurial and digital skills, and by supporting the introduction of dual training and apprenticeship systems.
