Professional Horizons – Open the Door to the Future!

The aim of the project is to promote and disseminate information in the field of education in the region, including vocational training in Chełm, including through educational fairs, professional meetings / study visits in high schools, technicians, schools conducting vocational training, universities and employers for 1000 participants (students attending schools in the City of Chełm, teachers and parents of students). The project is in line with the European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027 programme. Due to the specificity of specific objective 4(e) and the consequent need to preserve the systemic nature of the intervention, the Applicant City of Chełm is a school running body within the meaning of the Education Act of 14 December 2016 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 737)7. The design is in accordance with the Detail. The description of the Priorities (SZOP) (KSD2) Project is consistent with the description of Measure 10.1 Effective education of Priority X Better education of the SZOP of the FE programme for Lublin 2021-2027. The project is in line with the objectives of the ESF+ intervention to improve the quality of the level of social inclusion and effectiveness of education and training systems and their links with the labour market, and with the specific objective indicated in the ESF+.CP4.E Programme for the FE for Lublin 2021-2027 - Improving the quality, level of social inclusion and effectiveness of education and training systems and their links with the labour market (...)Scope of intervention 149 - Support for primary and secondary education (excluding infrastructure) This project is in line with the actions set out in the Integrated Skills Strategy 2030 (part of detail): 2) Dissemination of existing and development and implementation of new solutions for the development of basic skills and transversal and professional children, youth and adults Implementation of the project will contribute to improving the quality of social inclusion and effectiveness of education and training systems in schools in Chełm by: - Organisation of educational fairs - Providing space for pupils, parents and teachers to familiarise themselves with the educational offer of schools and universities, as well as vocational training opportunities. - Professional meetings - Focusing young people on informed educational and professional choices through meetings with representatives of various industries - entrepreneurs. - Study visits- Practical acquaintance of students with the functioning of vocational schools, universities and workplaces. Organization of visits to technicians, vocational schools and practical education centers for primary school students - Information and promotion campaign - Changing stereotypes related to vocational education and promoting its advantages. TARGET GROUP: - 1000 pers. (students, teachers, parents, employers) 1.Organization of educational fairs 2.Professional meetings 3.Study visits 4.Information and promotion campaign 5.Intermediate costs RESULTS: Number of entities that have improved the quality and efficiency of the educational services offered– 18 pcs The project will have a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with nps No equality barriers were found in the area of intervention. The gender difference in pupils is due to the natural state of the educator/direction choice and not to the barriers of the educator's career/professional history choice. Access to support is provided to varying degrees to both genders. All pupils/n-le regardless of gender, health status-nps are treated equally, knowledge of equal quality is passed on to them, they have the same rights and obligations, but M.Chełm will take prompt action on the effects of education, so that these effects are not in disproportion.
