The idea of the project is related to the results of eight-graders' studies in English. They are weak. The teaching methods used so far require adaptation of teaching techniques and means to the modern model of learning. The main objective of the project is to support equal access to good quality, inclusive education and the implementation of new solutions for the development of basic, transversal and professional skills of children and young people at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Primary School in Nasutów (SP) by developing competences for 120 students (U) (64K, 56M) including 3 U OzN and 15 U with opinions from the Psychological and Pedagogical Counselling Centre, through additional English language classes and an educational trip, and improving the quality of educational services at SP through a programme of systemic support for the effectiveness of English language teaching and creating conditions for experimental teaching and individualisation of work with U through the purchase of non-cross-financing teaching aids in the period IX 2024-VI 2026. The main objective will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective. 4e, as it improves the quality and effectiveness of the education system in SP in Nasutów in order to support the acquisition of key competences in the field of English at 120 U (64K, 56M). The project implements the Theme of Action No. 2 defined in the Integrated Skills Strategy 2030 (detailed part), i.e. Dissemination of existing and development and implementation of new solutions for the development of basic and transversal skills and professional skills of children, young people and adults through: * Additional English classes and educational trips for U * Overview of drama scenes * Purchase of teaching aids U will develop creativity, teamwork skills, thanks to the implementation of precisely selected and consulted with stakeholders activities that comprehensively respond to diagnosed problems and take into account individual developmental and educational needs and psychophysical capabilities U covered by the support. Additional classes in English will support the educational offer for U, who due to their situation are not able to develop their skills, and their results in learning translate into SP achieving the results of English language exams lower than the provincial average. The activities provided for in the project result from the diagnosis of SP’s needs, approved by the Director’s Order of 08.11.2023 No 2/4/2023/2024. As part of the diagnosis, the situation of SP was described, among others, on the basis of the results of diagnostic tests, teaching results and interviews conducted in X 2023 among U, parents and N: U (over 90 people) showed great interest in participating in additional English classes. Parents and the Parents' Council (25 pers.) during the meeting also expressed the need for additional English classes. The scale of activities carried out by the SP before the start of project implementation will not decrease in relation to the scale of activities (inputs) carried out by the SP in the 12 months preceding the start of project implementation.
