Development opportunities of primary schools in the Commune of Serniki

The main objective of the project (P) is to equalize educational opportunities among at least 300 pupils (U), 157 K, 143 M schools, whose governing body is the Municipality of Serniki, i.e.: SP in Serniki, SP John Paul II in Brzostówka, SP Jan Kochanowski in Nowa Wola and SP Maria Konopnicka in Wola Sernicka, as well as ensuring inclusive education within them by introducing a development programme in the period from I 2024 to VI 2026. The objective of the project is in line with FEL WL 2021-2027 and will contribute to the achievement of specific objective 4e) (ESF+) indicated in the Programme. P is addressed to nursery schools in rural areas attended by U with special educational needs, including incomplete children. In these diagnoses, there are inequalities in terms of education and social attitudes in relation to their peers from urban centers, which is also confirmed by the results of the 8th-grader, of which U achieve results below the average for the provinces. P will influence the development of Comp. key, will contribute to strengthening and supplementing support in the field of individualization of work with U with special educational needs, U with talents and difficulties in the field of educational requirements, as well as improving the effectiveness of education and education opportunities. The project department will ensure the strengthening of achievements, eliminating learning difficulties in U and achieving lasting, positive educational effects that will have an impact on the future of U and their situation on the labour market. To strengthen the development of intellect activity. In order to shape the appropriate attitudes of the community, educational trips are planned as part of the activities developing Zaint. In addition to education, development of interest, support of specialties, implementation, there will be educational-professional courses free of stereot. gender in the choice of educational and professional paths, as well as supporting the breaking of stereot. and the promotion of STEAM subjects. As part of the support, solutions developed, among others, in the project will be used. ‘Effective educational and vocational guidance for children, young people and adults’ under POWER: will be carried out in the form of a gr for the class. VII-VIII assisting U in the choice of education and profession, as well as in the form of ind. advice and consultations; U. will take part in educational fairs/professional visits in workplaces (c. III, VII-VIII), thanks to which they will be able to establish direct contact with representatives of professions / specialties, become more open and oriented to the labour market and employers and will be able to relate the requirements of a given profession to their needs and capabilities; cooperation with parents (R) will be established in order to assist U in making the right educational-professional decisions by involving them in various forms of advisory activities, e.g. organisation of visits to workplaces, meetings with R talking about a given job/professional career path, co-organisation of mini-educational fairs and career days, involvement of R in the creation of a portfolio by U. As part of the activities carried out in project N, they will use the methods developed in the ‘Exercise School’ and the resources available at ZPE. 67N will be covered by postgraduate studies in the field of work with U o SPE, komp.c yfrowych / concerning the green transition. In addition, it is planned to equip schools with the help necessary to conduct classes, including modern tech. providing U. access to high-quality education. regardless of the place of residence. and individual needs and will increase the attractiveness of classes. Assumed results of the project: -Number of students who acquired key qualifications after leaving the programme - 240; -Number of representatives of school and educational system staff who obtained qualifications after leaving the programme -63. Information about the project will be disseminated via the website of the project, the websites of the Commune of Serniki and the schools participating in the project, as well as provided by the employees of schools, the Commune at meetings, conferences, meetings.
