The main problem addressed in SZ diagnoses is insufficient matching of vocational education to the needs of employers. The aim of P is to implement the development programmes of SZ leading to the improvement of the quality and development of vocational education until 31.08.2027 in 2 teams of schools, for which the leading authority is the District of Opolskie (ZS in Poniatowa and ZSZ in Opole Lubelskie). The objective will be achieved in the period of: 1.01.2025 - 31.08.2027 through the implementation of internships, advice and training for 200 (100K) U and training, postgraduate studies improving the qualifications of 22 (16K) teachers and support for the teaching potential of 2 teams of schools participating in P. Objective P results directly from the provisions of the FE for Lublin 2021-2027, which emphasizes support for vocational and practical education in industries crucial from the point of view of the region's economy. The aim of the intervention is to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of the regional education and training system - in terms of efficiency, quality and availability of education adequate to the requirements of the labour market and to support U - in the acquisition of skills, choice of profession or education path - which is directly addressed in the objectives of this P. Planned actions and support methods in line with the objective of: - educational and vocational counselling for U and at every stage of education vocational classes at employers 120U(60K) - cooperation of SZ with universities in the field of improving green competences and employers, in particular the organization of student internships, 100U (51K) min 50% UP - training and postgraduate studies leading to the improvement of skills and qualifications of the profession.N, including in the field of green and digital competences, in the field of working with U with special educational needs and the use of the ASPE model and the 22N(16K) exercise school, - training leading to the acquisition of qualifications for 180U(90K) in accordance with the demand of the labour market; - supporting the didactic potential of 2SZ P. is consistent with the provisions of RIS through support for directions that fit into intelligent specializations: I High-quality food, II Green economy, IV Digital society, V Material technologies, production and logistics processes. P is in line with the provisions of the Integrated Skills Strategy 2030 by involving entrepreneurs in cooperation and planning educational and professional advice for U. The project does not duplicate activities carried out at the national level, in particular in the field of development of competences N. In accordance with the assumptions of ZSU2030, advice, including professional studies, will be key to effectively plan the educational and professional path in accordance with the needs of the labour market. Advice will not take gender into account when choosing a profession, it will combat gender stereotypes. Activities will contribute to increasing the availability of education, increasing the quality of teaching, development of skills, competences/qualifications U and staff, including in the area of modern digital technologies, which will contribute to solving GD problems. Results: - Acquisition of qualifications/competences by UP (180U-90K/22N-16K) - Development of vocational training in the project area (2 SZ) - Enhancing cooperation with entrepreneurs from the SZ community. Information and promotion activities: -information on the project (recruitment, individual activities, effects) on the district and MCS websites and on social media; -information in local (electronic) media; -Direct meetings with parents, U, social-gosp. In P there are no direct barriers in the field of KiM equality, while there are visible barriers that have arisen previously related to the stereotypical choice of career path, in SZ there are directions related to modern technologies on which no K is taught (Reasons).
