The main objective of the project is to increase access to and completion of high-quality education and training among 90 pupils of general and vocational schools (45K/45M), in particular disadvantaged pupils, including 2 OzN and 6 teachers through the implementation of development programs, retrofitting of laboratories and increasing the quality of education in 6 secondary schools in the Lublin district by 30.06.2026 (proj.4,5).The program provides for the development of digital, design, analytical thinking and, among others: interpersonal skills. Secondary schools in the Lublin district and, consequently, municipalities that are part of the Lublin metropolitan area must constantly expand their didactic offer and take care of its attractiveness. Creating a 3D studio in each school, equipping it and training students and staff gives a huge opportunity to improve students' skills and develop their talents and interests. The supported schools will increase their teaching offer, strengthen their potential and become competitive for secondary schools in the city. The implementation of the project will also contribute to establishing cooperation with business and universities. The modern didactic base and curriculum will be the main subject of the project. The main problems of schools are: poor quality of education, lack of funding opportunities for specialised courses and training, and lack of good quality equipment for students to acquire the skills needed for the professions being educated, and lack of emotional and psychological support. The project will enable students to receive modern education through the use of good quality equipment and modern technologies. The labour market expects from them good preparation and knowledge of the profession, but also specialist qualifications. Schools also expect to improve their teaching capacity, which will ensure that students acquire high-quality skills and are well prepared to enter the labour market. The planned activities are in line with the Strategy for the Development of Trans-local Bystrica, the Strategy for the Development of Trans-local LOM and ZSU 2030. The aim of the project is in line with the objectives of the ESF+ European Funds policy: Objective 4.
