The main objective of the project is the acquisition in the period 01.01.2024-31.12.2025 of digital qualifications confirmed by the ECDL certificate (in the areas of ICT skills) at various levels of proficiency by at least 90% of 100 adults (including 60 K) from digitally excluded groups, from the area of the Lublin province. In line with EU policy ("Path to the Digital Decade" - Europe's digital transformation by 2030), Poland's (including Lubelskie) goal is that at least 80% of adult Poles have at least basic digital skills (current level-43%). This is quite important, especially in the context of the digitalisation of all available public services, digital banking and other systems that support our lives, which will soon become digital. The labour market is also responding to the increased importance of digital skills. As many as 36% of job offers concerned specializations in which the importance of digital competences is growing, understood as the ability to efficiently use technologies, including devices, the Internet and programs in everyday life (Report "Work market of specialists I half of 2022"). The activities of this project are a response to the above-mentioned diagnosis. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective indicated in the European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027 programme, i.e.: ESF+.CP4.G - Fostering lifelong learning, in particular flexible upskilling and reskilling opportunities for all, taking into account entrepreneurial and digital skills, better anticipating change and new skills needs based on labour market needs, facilitating career transitions and supporting professional mobility, by: - supporting lifelong learning of adult residents of the Lubelskie Province, - improving the digital qualifications of adults from the Lublin region, - facilitating changes in the career path of project participants. Project activities will increase the qualifications of project participants, improve their situation on the regional labour market and strengthen their professional position. The most important stages of the project and the method of their implementation (methods, forms): 1 STOP OF THE SUPPORT PATH (SPA) - Individual diagnosis (assessment) of skills Stage 1 - determining whether the candidate meets the conditions for participation in the project (element of recruitment of project participants, implementation under indirect costs); Stage 2 - examination of basic skills and needs of people who have been qualified to participate in the project, taking into account social competences, motivating factors and possible barriers to participation in the project (realization in Task 1 Vocational counselling); Stage 3 - preparation of a plan of further actions (implementation in Task 1 Vocational counselling). 2 CENTRAL LEVEL - tailored and flexible learning offer, consistent with the results of the skills audit (ECDL trainings - Task 2 ECDL trainings and exams); 3 CENTRAL LEVEL - validation of acquired skills (ECDL exams - Task 2 Training and ECDL exams).
