The main objective of the project is to acquire a wider set of competences relevant to the labour market and active participation in society at level 3 or 4 of the European Qualifications Framework by 20 working adults (including 15 women and 5 men) who want to increase their competences on their own initiative during the 12 months of the project implementation in the Lublin region. The place of implementation of the project will be Lublin and district cities in the Lublin Voivodeship. The main objective of the project will directly contribute to the achievement of specific objective 4g) of FELU: Support lifelong learning, in particular flexible upskilling and reskilling opportunities for all, taking into account entrepreneurial and digital skills, better anticipating change and new skills needs based on labour market needs, facilitating career transitions and supporting professional mobility by implementing actions under this project to support adult learning in acquiring a wider set of skills, competences and knowledge. The project assumes the implementation of lifelong learning activities aimed at acquiring and improving knowledge, skills, competences and qualifications, especially in the area of digital technologies. The rapid pace of change, including technical and technological changes, makes it necessary to constantly raise them and respond flexibly to the new needs of the labour market. At the same time, it is essential to take into account the individual needs, circumstances and capabilities of adults. The support will be targeted at people who want to participate in educational services on their own initiative. The main objective of the project will contribute to reducing the problem diagnosed for the FELU programme, i.e. low participation of adults in education and training in digital and basic competences compared to the EU average. The objective is consistent with the specific objective 4g of FELU and directly translates into tasks. Main tasks of the project to achieve the objective: individual diagnosis of participants, training/workshops to improve digital and basic competences and mentoring throughout the duration of the project. Planned information and promotion activities within the project: -marking all documents under the project with the official logotypes of the FE, RP, EU -printing and placement of posters at the project implementation sites - posting the description of the Project on the beneficiary's official website -informing project participants and the local community about the sources of project funding - posting additional information about the project on the beneficiary's social media -documenting promotional and information activities The beneficiary will fulfil information and promotional obligations, including informing the public about the project's funding by the European Union, in accordance with the general regulation (in particular Annex IX - Communication and Visibility) and in accordance with Annex 6 to the Agreement (extract from the provisions of the beneficiary's manual).
