Project headline target: Acquisition of qualifications/competences by at least 64 persons (38K and 26M) out of 80 (48K,32M) adults with basic skills corresponding to items no higher than 3 items. Polish Qualifications Framework, living, working or staying in the Kraśnik, Lublin and Lublin districts thanks to participation in comprehensive support including individual diagnosis, tailored and flexible learning offer and validation of acquired skills in okr.1.03.2024-31.12.2024. The target group in the project is 80 people (48K and 32M). The applicant (hereafter NL) discussed the issues of the target group under ‘Target groups’ and ‘Additional information’ - description of the fulfilment of the criteria. The diagnosis carried out by WN shows that the main problems of a person with GD are: *low level of basic skills; *having low qualifications for a significant part of people with GD, *difficulties related to low self-esteem, psycho-social skills, *low educational activity, *living in rural areas-away from centers conducting educational activities, *financial barriers - lack of funds for participation in paid training. The consequences of the problematic situation for persons with GD are, among others: *departure from the labour market (education is an important factor influencing professional development), *difficulties in interpersonal contacts, ,the disappearance of social activity, *difficulties in the organization of family life (e.g. management of expenses, problems in access to e-services), *resignation from pursuing one's own passions and interests. In response to the problem situation, WN proposes the implementation of educational support for each UP, supporting the idea of lifelong learning. In order to effectively activate people from GD and have a real impact on improving their professional/social/family/educational situation, the project provides for the implementation of a three-stage support path for each PP: individual diagnosis, tailored and flexible learning offer according to audit results, validation of acquired skills. The scope of support was developed based on the diagnosis conducted among potential Project Participants (hereinafter referred to as UP). Tasks planned in the project: 1.Diagnosis of UP’s skills and educational needs (“skills audit”) 2. Social Skills Training 3. First Aid Training 4. Culinary Workshops 5. Healthy Eating Workshops 6. Handicraft Workshops 7. The implementation of the above-mentioned support will contribute to the development and improvement of the level of selected skills of project participants, and thus will contribute to the implementation. ESF+.CP4.G - Fostering lifelong learning, in particular flexible opportunities and reskilling for all, including entrepreneurial and digital skills, better anticipating change and the need for new skills based on labour market needs, facilitating career transitions and supporting job mobility. The Integrated Skills Strategy 2030 shows that developing skills (basic, transversal, occupation) is closely linked to lifelong learning - in its various contexts (personal, family, community, profession). This is the approach presented in this project. Support that we offer UP refers both to the skills of proof, society, as well as those related to the personal life of UP.
