Smart Villages 2

The Smart Villages 2 project consists of three independent components: 1. Expansion of the system supporting the farmer's decision on planning and conducting agricultural production, integrated with the mobile soil diagnostic center (ROLMApp System). As part of the action, the ROLMApp system will be expanded with new functionalities available for both external users (farmers) as well as internal users (laborers, operators, administrators). As part of the project, it is assumed that the certification and soil testing services will be extended to the entire Mazowieckie voivodship, using modern and innovative technologies. 2. Industry Support Base for Agriculture (BBWR). As part of the action, a modern digital knowledge centre will be built and implemented in the formula of an online platform dedicated to agricultural producers and entrepreneurs operating on the agricultural market. The Agricultural Support Industry Database will be a tool where functionalities providing information of interest to agricultural producers will be concentrated in one place in the form of a substantive and up-to-date knowledge base in the form of a publicly available e-service. As part of the task, it is planned to develop a knowledge base containing answers to questions about agriculture, including advice on crop planning, obtaining EU funds, legal and tax issues in the field of contracts concluded by producers and obtained subsidies for farm development and services offered by the Mobile Center for Soil Research and Analysis. The developed knowledge base will be made available to users in electronic form through the functionality of information searches and studies on a given topic or answer by chatboot, implemented on the platform. As part of the implemented platform, it is planned to implement the e-Services identified during the implementation of the project, dedicated to agricultural producers. In addition, at a later stage, it is planned to integrate the platform with a new version of the ROLMApp system, implemented as part of a separate task, e.g. in the field of automatic development of a fertilization plan, made on the basis of the results of tests available in the ROLMApp system. The BBWR will also make available, among others: as part of the research projects ‘Implementation of the Smart Villages concept in Mazowieckie Voivodship’ and ‘Support for organic agricultural production in Mazovia’, analytical and study studies for interested recipients. 3. A robot that meets the requirements of precision orchardry. As part of the work, a robot will be developed that meets the requirements of orchards and precision vegetables in the form of an electronic autonomous platform, equipped with remote sensing sensors for testing the condition of vegetables and fruits in orchards and detecting pathogens. The robot will be built on the basis of the purchase of ready-made self-propelled mobile platforms (wheeled or tracked), autonomous, then supplemented with specialized sensors for soil and plant testing. As part of the action, a substantive support service will be ordered. The Contractor will be selected in a competitive manner, which will support the Contracting Authority in the development of the necessary documentation and tender specifications. In addition, after a detailed analysis, 1-3 Partners (JST at the municipal level) will be obtained to test the implemented solution. The participation of municipalities from the Mazowieckie voivodship, appropriate for the agricultural production carried out, resulting from the final scope of the robot's functionality, is assumed. The developed robot will be replicated in order to be used at a later stage, as part of the extension of tasks carried out by the Mobile Center for Soil Research and Analysis, on the premises of selected local government units.
