The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company on the local, regional, national and international market by implementing the results of its own work and commercializing the improved products developed on the basis of them. The project concerns the introduction to the market of significantly improved services, which is related to the modification of the existing production process of elements intended for medical analyzers, including machining and finishing of the above-mentioned elements. The above will be implemented through the implementation of an innovative solution developed as part of R&D works carried out independently by the Applicant. The solution allows the execution of the full machining process of elements by milling and CNC polishing of elements using 5-axis CNC technology. The results of the research showed that the newly developed solutions have the following features of novelty - surface quality - roughness lower by 33%; - machining duration - reduction of 36% of the finished element's execution time; - amount of waste generated - 30% reduction in the amount generated during treatment processes. The implementation of the proposed technological solution in the company is crucial due to the specific production requirements. The main motive for the implementation of the new production technology is insufficient accuracy in the production of the detail (lack of sufficient dimensional tolerances and dimensional repeatability) using the existing technology. The solution planned for implementation will eliminate the identified problems. Implementation of the process innovation will be possible thanks to the acquisition of fixed assets - a vertical 5-axis CNC center with software. The main objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: - implementation of the results of R&D works, - implementation of process innovation, - reduction of the process's impact on the environment, - improvement of working conditions, - increase in sales revenues on the domestic and international market. The scope of the project was created based on the analysis and assessment of the technological needs of the company and taking into account the expectations and needs of end recipients. The investment part will be implemented in the period from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2025. The implementation of the investment will not only have a positive impact on the level of innovation and competitiveness of CNC TECH, but will also contribute to the implementation of the tasks and objectives set out in the SZOP of the Mazowieckie Regional Operational Programme for the years 2021 to 2027. The whole project will contribute to the implementation of: Specific objective 1.3 Innovation and competitiveness of SMEs: the main objective, defined under the FEM 2021-2027, of strengthening the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and creating jobs in SMEs, including through productive investment; - the scope of the intervention covers 001 - investments in fixed assets, including research infrastructure, in micro-enterprises directly linked to research and innovation activities and 027 - innovation processes in SMEs (process, organisational, marketing and co-creation innovation, user-centric and demand-driven innovation); - the main objective and strategic objectives included in the Regional Innovation Strategy for Mazovia until 2030, including in the area of RIS 2 "Intelligent systems in industry and infrastructure", area 2.6. "Transformation of the economy towards Industry 4.0" in the scope of "Tools supporting the creation of intelligent management systems and transformation towards Industry 4.0", the objective of Automation of industrial processes using information and communication technologies. The scope of the project includes promotion of the project beyond the minimum requirements for information and promotion, in accordance with the provisions of Reg. (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 (Articles 47 and 50) to the extent described in Section B6, paragraph 9.
