MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and CO2 at local level and in the Mazowieckie voivodship by improving the energy efficiency of residential infrastructure and public utilities in Legionowo. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT: 1) reducing energy demand, including primary energy, 2) reducing energy losses in the operation of facilities, 3) reducing the operating costs of facilities, 4) increasing the amount of energy produced from renewable sources, 5) improving the quality of public infrastructure and comfort for users, 6) promoting environmentally friendly forms of obtaining energy from renewable sources, The thematic scope of the project includes the implementation by the applicant (the Municipality of Legionowo) of investment projects – construction works in the field of thermomodernisation and other energy-efficient residential buildings: 1. residential building at ul. Bałtycka 1 (BM-1) , 2nd residential building at ul. C. K. Norwida 8 (BM-8), 3rd residential building at ul. Suwalna B (BM-B), as well as works to improve the energy efficiency of Municipal Kindergarten No 5 in Legionowo (PM5), ul. The Flower 80. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Basic activities - planned basic types of works covered by the project: - thermal modernization of external walls, - (BM-1, BM-8, BM-B), - thermal modernization of roofs, rooftops, ceilings - (BM-B), - replacement of elements of window joinery - (BM-1, BM-8), - replacement of elements of door joinery - (BM-1, BM-8), - modernization of c.o. and c.w.u. installations, including the installation of heat pumps and gas boilers - (BM-1, BM-8, PM5). - construction of gas installations - (BM-8) - construction and installation of photovoltaic installations - (PM5), - modernisation of the internal lighting of the facility - (PM5), Complementary activities: - development of ex-post energy audits, - implementation of project promotion and information activities as part of the FEMA 2021-2027 information policy and education and information campaign. COMPLIANCE WITH STRATEGIES/PROGRAMMES: 1) there is compliance of the Project and its objectives with the specific objective FEM 2021-2027 - 2(i) supporting energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (Priority II - European Funds for the green development of Mazovia), where it is indicated that one of the actions to be implemented is to improve the energy efficiency of public and residential buildings. The intervention will focus on the implementation of comprehensive investment measures contributing to the improvement of energy efficiency of buildings, the reduction of pollution, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the reduction of energy poverty. 2) the Project is in line with the objectives of the Mazovia Development Strategy 2030+ Innovative Mazovia (SRWM 2030+), including in the area of ‘Environment and energy’ and the specific objective ‘Green, low-carbon Mazovia’ aimed at improving the state of the environment through rational management of natural resources. This is in line with the action line “14. Improving energy efficiency’. The thematic scope of the project includes the implementation of investment projects – construction works in the field of thermomodernisation and other energy-efficient residential and public buildings. 3) there is compliance of the Project with the specific objective of the ITI Strategy for the Warsaw metropolis 2021-2027+: 2. Improving the quality of space, direction of action: 2.2. Improving the quality and protection of the natural environment with a view to improving the energy efficiency of public and residential buildings. PREPARATION STATE: - there is no need to carry out activities assessing the impact of the project on the environment, - there is no need to obtain investment consents in the field of thermomodernisation works, c.o. and c.w.u. installations based on legal provisions, including in particular the Construction Law Act, - no implementing agreements have been concluded.
