The project assumes the use of comprehensive consulting services in order to ecodesign the process, which is the creation of a biogas plant with a composting plant, including the design of technological processes taking into account new products, optimization of resources produced in the enterprise, including the use of re-raw materials and by-products, along with an assessment of the feasibility and effects of implementing recommended technological changes. As part of the project, a strategic document will be developed, including a comprehensive analysis of the feasibility of the project, which is the preparation of a new product together with documentation. This model will describe the selected solutions in detail and will take into account the GOZ value chain and economic symbiosis. A detailed description of the activities can be found in the Preliminary Audit Report: The following work will be carried out in phases: 1. Preparatory Phase (7 days) 2. Analytical phase (30 days): 3. Training/Workshop Phase (21 days) 4.Testing and Prototyping Phase (30 days) 5. Reporting phase (21 days) with preparation for implementation and development of a detailed implementation plan, including steps to be taken on the basis of the results of the evaluation report. Circular Poland Foundation was selected to perform the service for the company and prepare the ecodesign process, having documented experience in the thematic areas of GOZ transformation indicated for the intervention. These are: ==> Closure of circuits: based on increasing the production potential of the company using secondary raw materials, materials and energy, taking into account generated and managed waste streams. Assessment of technical, organizational, financial and environmental conditions for the transformation of the company towards the GOZ (directions: a, b, d, e) ==> Optimization: management of resources in this raw material. Activities related to the use of waste and the introduction of an innovative product on a company scale - electricity and heat from renewable sources, as well as fertilizer from waste taking into account their eco-design (directions h, i) ==> Eco-design of a new product / service based on re-use as part of a new business model allowing to reduce the consumption of primary raw materials and better use of the plant's production capacity, which will consequently translate into a lower carbon footprint of the product throughout its life cycle. Launch of new products, which from the very beginning are designed for ecology and ease of recycling, which increases their attractiveness in the perspective of the GOZ. (directions l, f, g and m). ==> Creating industrial symbiosis by cooperating with other entities to use the waste of one process as raw materials in another, which leads to a more integrated and efficient use of resources (direction d and m) The Contractor has the appropriate experience, references and human resources to perform the service in the planned period.
