Update of landscape park protection plans: Mazowiecki and Nadbużański.

The project consists of three main tasks: 1. Development of draft conservation plans for two landscape parks: a/ Development of a draft protection plan for the Mazovian PK; b/ Preparation of a draft protection plan for the Nadbużański PK; 2. Launch and maintain a public spatial information system on landscape park conservation plans – geoportal. 3. Costs of the project: preparing and conducting a tender for plans together with the ToR, substantive supervision. Task 1 activities will be identical for each of the plans and will include in particular: -developing the characteristics and assessment of the nature condition of the Landscape Park (PK); -identify and assess existing and potential internal and external risks of the NCPs; -developing the characteristics and assessment of the social and economic conditions of the NCPs; -develop an analysis of the effectiveness of the existing methods of protecting the PK; -developing the characteristics and assessment of the spatial development status of the PK; -development of landscape audit results; -assessing the state of resources, creations and components of nature, landscape values, cultural values and existing and potential internal and external threats. PK; -developing a concept for the protection of natural resources, creations and components and cultural values, as well as eliminating or reducing existing and potential internal and external threats of the CC; -indication of protective tasks in the CP; -carrying out a procedure for consulting, giving opinions and agreeing on a draft plan for the protection of the PK; -development of collected data for the execution of geoportal components. 2. The task (geoportal) provides for the following elements necessary to perform: -compilation of data developed during the preparation of draft KP protection plans; -Collection of additional data and studies on the CP; -create and launch a complete spatial information system (geoportal) as part of the MZPK website for these two parks; -administrative and substantive support for the spatial information system. This task will be related to the digitization of data, both from a regulatory and technical point of view, the created geoportal will not enable the implementation of an e-service within the meaning of the definition set out in the document: Standard description of the electronic public service in measure 2.1 of the Operational Programme Digital Poland ‘High availability and quality of public e-services’ As part of the portal, users will be able to familiarise themselves with descriptive and map data made in the GIS on all aspects of landscape park activities: nature and landscape protection, historical and cultural values, tourism, recreation and environmental education. The development of protection plans together with the geoportal will be part of a single public contract.
