The investment in question is located in the Mława district in the town of Mława and in the municipalities of Wiśniewo and Lipowiec Kościelny. The beginning of the route of the ring road in the vicinity of ul. It will run along the existing provincial road No. 544 (ul. Gdynia) to the intersection near ul. Hm. Wanda Szczęsna – Lesiowska, from km around 0+400, the ring road follows a new trail through agricultural areas. The end of this investment is the projected node Mława Południe (formerly Modła). The investment is adjacent to the areas of existing roads, residential and service buildings, railway areas, undeveloped areas, forests and agricultural areas related to the conduct of specialized animal production - poultry. Within the intersections, single-family or farm buildings are located. The section of the ring road in question runs on hilly terrain. This investment includes: - construction of a new section of the provincial road, - reconstruction of the existing provincial road No 544 - ul. Gdynia, - construction of one-level intersections of the planned bypass with the existing provincial road DW 563 – ul. Żuromińska, - construction of one-level intersections of the designed bypass with existing district roads ul. Suburban — No 2328W, ul. Szreńska — No 4640W, Surroundings No 2327W; - construction of single-level intersections of the planned bypass with existing municipal roads, ul. Wanda Szczęsna-Lesiowska, ul. National Defense League, ul. Stanisław Moniuszko, ul. Płońska, ul. Brick; - demolition and construction of a new section of ul. Wanda Szczęsna – Lesiowska and ul. Gdynia; - construction of junctions linking the planned provincial road to the existing road No S7; - construction of bridges over the Seracz River; construction of a footbridge over the Seracz River; - construction of retention reservoirs; - reconstruction of rivers and ditches; - construction of culverts on existing rivers/rows and new elements of road drainage; - construction of bus bays; - construction of node elements (connectors) DK7-Wyplot; - construction of single or bilateral pavements; - construction of bi-directional bicycle paths; - construction of drainage of the road body - surface drainage, and on the section of the street cross-section drainage by means of rainwater drainage; - construction, extension or reconstruction of individual and public congresses in the immediate vicinity of the provincial road; - construction of access roads serving the areas adjacent to the planned bypass; - reconstruction, to the extent necessary, of foreign devices interfering with the planned investment; - felling trees and shrubs colliding with newly designed geometric solutions of the road; - demolition of residential buildings, farm buildings, fences, culverts, etc.; construction of a technological channel. As part of the project, investor supervision over the project, promotion of the project will also be carried out, as well as a feasibility study will be carried out.
