This project is a continuation of the project co-financed by the ROP WM 2014-2020 – the construction of the south-eastern perimeter road currently Aleja European Union. The project will be implemented by the main projects: ‘Construction of the municipal road - north-eastern circuit road Ciechanów’ in accordance with the separate scope of the technical documentation. As part of the application, it is planned to build 4.1 km of a route with a road width of 7.0 m along with a length of bicycle path. 200 mb and walkway by length. 120 m and energy-saving LED lighting throughout the entire section. The road infrastructure will be adapted to perform daily public transport services throughout the section and additionally equipped with 6 bus shelters on the bus bay. The designed section of road with a maximum permissible weight per 11.5 t (115 kN/axle) connects the inlet roads to the city from the east-north side (voivodeship roads) and the built Avenue of the European Union (inlet from the south-east). The investment results from the Regional Transport Plan of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in the perspective until 2030 under number L83 - Expansion of the road and bicycle network in the municipality. The project will be implemented along a road constituting a direct connection with the investment areas in accordance with the Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development of Opinogóra Górna Municipality Resolution V/27/2015 of the Municipal Council of 31.03.15 and the MPZP of Opinogóra Górna Municipal Council Resolution XXVII/131/09 of 6.04.09. The planned route of the road with a length of 4.1 km follows as much as possible the footprint of the parcels classified as road parcels located in the region of Mazovia. (RMR). The location of the investment is located in the Strategic Intervention Area (SIA) designated in the NSRF on the basis of a personal list of 139 medium-sized cities losing their social-gosp. The designed road connects with DK 60 on which, as part of the task, the construction of a turbine roundabout and the reconstruction of the roundabout inlets into two-lane roundabouts were designed. Roads for pedestrians and cyclists have been designed as a connection to the existing and planned layout. The implementation of the investment will not adversely affect the environment as well as other neighboring plots. It includes the drainage of the road surface by draining rainwater through transverse and longitudinal drops to the designed roadside ditch through street drains and rainwater drainage sections. In the project. the trenches of the slope and the bottom will be reinforced with a geogrid filled with humus thick. 5 cm, placed on a thick sand ballast. 10 cm. In the case of ditches, drainless. underneath the bottom is designed to replace the ground by a depth. 0,50 m and width 0.50m per 31.5-63mm fraction shell wrapped PP geotextile to improve the ditching efficiency. This will ensure retention and pre-treatment of rainwater. The project will reduce the number of vehicles passing through the city center on national roads, which will contribute to the reduction of CO2 in the city center. The aim of the project is to increase road accessibility to investment areas in the Ciechanów MOF area through the construction of a 4.1 km perimeter road with accompanying infrastructure by 31.12.2026. Specific objectives of the project: 1) increasing kilometres of roads with technical standards to a pressure of 11.5 t (115 kN/axle) by more than 4.1 km 3) ensuring conditions for the performance of daily public transport services over a length of 4.1 km The planned construction resulted in a zrid decision, a decision on environmental conditions, a water law decision, a declaration of the body responsible for monitors. NATURA 2000 areas and full design documentation, which assumes the use of pedestrian solutions, solutions for cyclists, traffic calming in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Infrastructure for the design of the above-mentioned infrastructure. The project is in line with the C-new Supralocal MOF Development Strategy, which is a document appropriate for urban mobility planning.
