Vocational activation of the unemployed in Warsaw (I)

The aim of the project is to improve access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, in particular young people, in particular by implementing the Youth Guarantee, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market, as well as for inactive people, and by promoting self-employment and the social economy. The main goal of the project is to help project participants by providing them with appropriate support, which will result in employment or starting their own business activity and the results achieved during the implementation of the project, i.e. training participants and raising or changing qualifications and competences. The project is in line with the FEM 2021-2027 specific objective and results directly from the diagnosed FEM problems that the Labour Office of the Capital City of Warsaw intends to solve or alleviate through the implementation of the project. The objectives are in line with the SMART method. The area of implementation of the project is Warsaw, support and needs have been adapted to the area of implementation of the project. The project will cover 276 unemployed people (151 K+125 M), in particular those in a difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. young people, the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, people with low education, women, people over 50 years of age and migrants. How the tasks are carried out: The Office conducts support promotions within the project, before the cost form of support, each participant will receive support in the form of intermediation or breeding counselling and a specific offer will be presented to him preceded by a diagnosis of deficits in digital skills, key for the green transition and diagnosis of training needs, analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant (by developing an IPD). On this basis, the Authority will establish support in the form of labour market services and instruments within the project. Type of tasks: internship, training, equipment or retrofitting of the workplace, one-off funds for starting a business, all the above-mentioned tasks will be carried out under the Youth Guarantee task. After the end of the support, the Office will check the effects of the support received and document them accordingly, all documents related to the implementation of the project will be stored in the offices of the Labour Office of the Capital City of Warsaw. The Office will monitor financial and material progress at each stage of project implementation, data on project participants will be collected in the SYRIUSZ ICT system and transmitted to the IB via SL2021.The Office will implement the project from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2024. The indicated tasks carried out in the project are consistent with the assumed project budget and the description of budget lines. The project complies with national and EU legislation on de minimis aid under Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid (OJ L 352.1). The value of the de minimis aid will be verified on the basis of the relevant registers (SHRIMP, SUDOP). The project is in line with horizontal policies, national and Community legislation.
